The principle is this. A Messenger is a Prophet sent with a Scripture. All of the Messengers were Prophets. But not all the Prophets were Messengers. Therefore, when Muhammad said I am the Last Prophet. That statement is actually saying "I am the Last Prophet and Messenger"
All messengers were not prophets. Prophets are those who foretold of future events. Messengers were those who fulfilled the foretold prophecy. Therefore not all prophets were messengers. The deal of a prophet means there's would no longer be a need for a foretelling because Allah would be on seen. As he promised Abraham that he would come for his seed. Lastly, Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was sent to the Arabs in the East, not to the west because that part of history hasn't taken place 1400 years ago. As for our brother Napoleon quoting the ayah saying that Muhammad is the seal (last) of the prophets, and you questioning if the ayah talked about messengers as well, a standard rule in Islam is that every messenger is also a prophet, but not every prophet is a messenger. Therefore, by saying that Muhammad is the last of the prophets, it means that he is last of the prophets AND the last of the messengers, by default.

As for the definition goes for science: the systematic study of the structure and behavior of the physical and natural world through observation, experimentation, and the testing of theories against the evidence obtained. Nowhere in that definition can it be implicated that Science is the universal word of God. Another note, if you were to try on Kam’s interpretation of Mary’s pregnancy, while also validating the scriptures portraying it as distinctly set aside as something prior to conception - you could say that what occurs is that Allah works to call people into roles within the timing of a system - set apart ahead of time, then nurtures them within those influences to be something spiritually set apart & also physically of that genetic role. Which would make sense with how scripture tends to suggest that various ones, before they have done anything within physical existence, are set within various roles in or out of the residing system to affect its holistic change unto Allahs work.

Among the clear ayats that need no interpretation are the ayats that clearly state that this is قرأن عربي غير ذي عوج An ARABIC QUR'AN that is not crooked! Therefore you cannot arrive at an argument with use of translation. The words in each language are governed by their origin. Words in Arabic have an origin that govern their meaning. In order to arrive at what is meant by the clear ayats you must use ARABIC. After the arrival at what is clear in the original language can you proceed in expounding.

The Quran was revealed in Arabic. English speakers HAVE TO go back to Quranic Arabic scholars to understand the rules of the language. Why did Allah say this word here and that word there. There are deep rules to the language. Its not a mongrel language like English. I think you are trying to explain terms such as "I" and "We" using your own grammatical thinking. The principle is this. A Messenger is a Prophet sent with a Scripture. All of the Messengers were Prophets. But not all the Prophets were Messengers. Therefore, when Muhammad said I am the Last Prophet. That statement is actually saying "I am the Last Prophet and Messenger"
All messengers were not prophets.
Prophets are those who foretold of future events.
Messengers were those who fulfilled the foretold prophecy.
Therefore not all prophets were messengers.
The deal of a prophet means there's would no longer be a need for a foretelling because Allah would be on seen. As he promised Abraham that he would come for his seed.
Lastly, Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was sent to the Arabs in the East, not to the west because that part of history hasn't taken place 1400 years ago.

There is no separation from what the most Honorable Elijah Muhammad taught and what The Min mister teaches today. As for our brother Napoleon quoting the ayah saying that Muhammad is the seal (last) of the prophets, and you questioning if the ayah talked about messengers as well, a standard rule in Islam is that every messenger is also a prophet, but not every prophet is a messenger. This topic also reminds me of an episode from always Sunny in Philadelphia where they try to disprove Mac, the religious ones belief, with science. This leads me to my question and this is not a I disagree with you questions just a question I would like your thoughts on, comes out you say all God's creations are proven and provable with science and math, have you been able to prove claims that the scientists and mathematicians have made in regards to their respective laws? As for the definition goes for science: the systematic study of the structure and behavior of the physical and natural world through observation, experimentation, and the testing of theories against the evidence obtained. Nowhere in that definition can it be implicated that Science is the universal word of God. You are right my beliefs are improving in the sense that science really doesn't say anything about spirit or spirituality, although I believe energy and spirit are synonymous but at the same time unproven does not mean disproven and until my beliefs are disproven to me I'll still hold on to them the same way you hold onto yours. I do like your take on relating cells to God, its a good topic for discussion.

@@westcoastkam Well by that definition, we are all scientists in one form or fashion. Saying that God mastered it implies that he didn't have mastery to begin, just going off your words nothing else. I'm agree with you in calling God the supreme master scientist because he is the supreme being; he's the supreme artist/musician/teacher/father/ruler etc. If all his physical creations are made up of atoms, then what are his non physical creations made up of? Also how do you know that all his physical creations are made up of atoms, have you done the experiments to test that, seen for example an electron in a carbon atom in a dog? To go off of what you said, who is pure/righteous enough to understand God, and if God is the one to decide that who is his interpreter. Spirit means essense, spirit is God. An ARABIC QUR'AN that is not crooked! Therefore you cannot arrive at an argument with use of translation. The words in each language are governed by their origin. Words in Arabic have an origin that govern their meaning. In order to arrive at what is meant by the clear ayats you must use ARABIC. After the arrival at what is clear in the original language can you proceed in expounding.
