There was no run there. Jaiswal wanted the strike. He wanted to get to his century asap. Sanjay has always been against Kohli and Jadeja. He called Jadeja a "dependable" batsman. Jadeja literally averages more than 50 in Australia, Pant doesn't. And Virat did take a start and he stepped back because Cummins was right there on mid-on for the single, Jaiswal ran with the shot.

I think I have case study for that.. If u see our cricket history it says all.. When we won our 1st world Cup.. So called senior player dropped n it payed a trophy to chane cricketing career for so many..
      2. After 1999 match fixing with senior pro players, young players revived it.
      3. In 2007 seniors lost odi but young india won t20.
      4. After 2012 eng test series lost with seniors n we didn't lose for 12 yrs..
      5. Same players who kept that record lost it after 2024 against nz by 3-0 lose..
So.. Technically we indians allowing seniors to over stay like our politicians.....
I think why we r still behind so many things is we don't encourage the young minds n there ideas sl easily in early ages by taking some risks... Which others r doing n learning if they fail.. I can say about England are better in that of trying new players n experimenting

For Gautie to coach a successful team; he needs to clean the weeds, else these weeds will kill him and wipe him out of Indian cricket. As a tradition, the coach needs to send the last 30% of performance home asap. If these faded-glories want to eat all the grain till it last; then what would you do with Jurel, Sarfarz, and Devdut, Prasidh, and the likes? Where will you test your new talents before the English tour in 2025? Think logically, guys! Bygone is bygone; move on! Infuse young blood as much, soon as possible. Rohit, Virat, Siraju, Pant should all go back to domestic Cricket or sit at home. They seem to have enjoyed enough opportunities in spite of consistent failures. ....The ball is in the Gautie's court today. Whether it was Yash's mistake or not; it's very evident that Virat neither said no nor trusted Yash nor initiated at all. He seemed to have mentally settled that it was another 10 overs go and let me chill as he crossed enough hurdles, faced more balls, and nothing was at the pitch but Yash was oozing with confidence in spite of scoring a boundary in the same over, perhaps wanted score a century by today, before overnight conditions change his opportunities...
Promoting the out-of-form Rohit seems to have forced Yadh to bat with aging Virat.
Technically it was Virat's fault at not playing Cricket as a player but watching Cricket as a fan caused this game as of second day.
Miracles happen. Gabba might come again 😊😊😊

Both had their share of mistakes in that run out.
    1. In test cricket, when you build a partnership and easy runs are coming then you don't take high risk singles unnecessarily. So, that first blunder by Jaiswal to run there.
    2. Kohli being the non-striker should have ran on Jaiswal's first call, still he might have got out but he could've ran
    3. When Jaiswal was running, he also didn't see Kohli and just kept running and running to the other end. If Jaiswal would have turned back on time he could easily get back to crease on time as Cummins throw wasn't good.
Jointly they messed up such good position and now Aus is dominating

I completely agree with Sanjay....It was absolutely Kohli's fault if he would have ran the throw would have been at the bowler's end and jaiswal already reached there but Kohli kept on watching the fielder....After all both the players are out and now we can only hope for a 150-200 run partnership between Pant and Jadeja for India to comeback in the game if not then the game is finished by tomorrow(at the end of Day3).

But I want to be proved wrong..
I want to see our players playing well...how many overs they can ....why don't they think to tire australian bowlers .....we bowled more than 120 overs.....let us also make them bowl that many ...
At least 100 overs .....let them get tired...
      Their call....they are playing...not me...
They won't feel good if they loose ...so, let's just give them good wishes 🎉😃☺️

Blindly trust striker. If non-striker is indeed runout then it is Strikers fault for inducing the run.

The unfortunate run out of Jaiswal turned the tide against India There is no doubt it is Kohli's fault as the ball was behind him it is Jaiswal's call Kohli should have responded instead of turning looking at the ball declining the run by which time Jaiswal almost reached the non-strcker's end and thus Kohli put an end to Jaiswal's great batting display till that time Watching the match live I was feeling Jaiswal is readying himself for another double century

We can call it as miscommunication. I can tell that indian team is bit unlucky. Now it is up to nitish, washi , juddu who were selected as pure batters on their current form and onus more on rishab to prove once again his mettle. I think these four will pull india out of trouble to certain extent. Let us hope for the best. One thing pitch still not so vulnerable still it is a good batting track provided with little bit of application and patience. One thing if u survived from tough times don't give u ar wicket to nathon lion. One of four should take pivotal role with big daddy hundred and others will hang around and must bail india out of trouble. If they do so nithish and washi will cement their place in indian test11

Then this mad man Kholi who seems to know everything yet know nothing. Rohit and Kholi are to blame for what is going on in the Indian cricket team.

It is pure miscommunication. But I think knowing that Cummins was in a dangerous position where he could easily target the striker's end, Jaiswal shouldn't have taken that risk for a quick single that too at the end of the over. But then again Kohli being the experienced one should have denied the call. Anyway Aussies are superior in fielding aspect. They are more fit and agile and very quick in reacting.

    IPL owners control selection!
    NRR is priority over average!
Sub par coach and below par coaching staff!
Wonder why Shami keeps on getting injured! He was not even part of WC2024 but then came back strong to be key bowler!
Surprisingly he went MIA again! Siraj getting excessive chances like batting superstars!
R Ashwin meddled with team politics, IPL bowlers who try to control runs but dont know how to pick wickets are in Team!
With an average of 20-25 batter are in the test team!
The funny thing is even after loosing 0-3 to NZ at home, there was zero introspection and BCCI just thought the team will go on to win BGT!
Bumrah should have been the captain for entire series! Rohit Sharma looks lost in 10 overs if Bumrah fails to take wicket!
Wonder why short balls are not used effectively in this series where as that was key in 2021!
    RIP IndianTestCricket!
