That's a good question, and we're sorry we didn't answer this sooner. Ritsumeikan and Ritsumeikan APU are separate universities under the Ritsumeikan Trust. As Piper Jayse said, we're a bit like sister schools, but are separate. There are some exchange opportunities between the two schools, where you can do a domestic exchange program and study at the other school. I only have 15 days left to obtain a diploma certificate .. toefl 98? how can it be? so far that i know the max score of toefl is only 600+?
