here in the states i dive a usia suit with the same system. you can use a latex seal in that system in a pinch to save a dive when you cant get silicone seals. they work in the wrist and neck. you can also skip the wrist seal and just put in a dry glove in place of the wrist seal but then u loose the redundancy of the wrist seal. these systems are quite versatile.

Yeah, I’ve used a latex seal in this before as you say when I ripped one and borrowed a spare from a buddy. I think it would be a brave person to skip the wrist seal over here in the UK! 😂😂 I’ve never seen it done over here anyway 😮😮 Cheers for the comment pal! Hope you’re doing well 👍👍

The silicone seals are a better insulator and warmer than latex. A few drops of dish soap or mask defogger can make popping in the the wrist seals easier. Powder up seals before for easier donning and after to absorb body oils off cuffs ( more important with latex to avoid from premature gumming.

Don't mean to offend, but the first thing I thought watching was that you must've had an enourmous struggle with a weathered latex seal. Then noticed it's a tattoo 😅
