But need to talk about the real issues, why there is distrust in people of Punjab against India. You will find out the real underlying issues which are not being resolved by the system of the country. Like, why it all started for ex, lies of nehru, Punjab given even a smaller region after partition and after dividing states, then water distribution issues. Government need to look into resolving these issues and build trust in people of the Punjab region.

TSD must be brought back with its all glory but it should be restructured so that none uses it against state .. R&AW is overwhelmed with lot of tasks and TSD fits where R&AW has lot of backlogs esp nearest neighbours and " enemies "
