what you have to do is go to the beplnex folder. Then delete the utilia and downlad the newest Utilia. Last make a folder for Utilia and put the new one in there.

For those who have done everything right like me and did not get the menu it is mostly because right now in this current update of the game, you cannot access modded casual lobbies for some reason probably to keep people out of the closed off attic now, but don’t worry when they added it back. Eventually, it should be there.
