I work at a Porsche dealer and thats exactly how it would go, customers and suits would turn their noses up and the techs would love it .
Why are there so many damn stuck up people in this country that they cant handle an old truck towing a computer with wheels that.... holy crap, it broke down, what a shock!!, just because someone drives or sells expensive cars doesn't mean they are better than anyone else, I cant stand this self entitled society and I live in the suburbs of NYC so I see ALOT of it!!

$800US is $1,400NZ, cheap truck Weston. I scored a Inter B414 with loader & backblade for $100NZ $70US.

when the service guy started talkin down on your truck, you should have told him its more reliable than the p.o.s on the trailer.

My wife use to love European cars. We had a 2006 Mercedes CLS 55 with aaaaallllloooottt of problems. Wish I had towed in with my F250. When we bought it the salesman said “....this car will change your life...”; later on a found the guy and told him “you know you were right; now we are Ford people, again”

I only drive a 2003 Chevy Silverado that was only $1,000. Works like a dream while my uncle’s 2015 Ford F-250 broke down 2 months later😂

A lot of wealthy people do that. My parents neighbor drives the same truck his dad gave him in 1982 as a graduation gift, lives in his parents house, and only buys second hand clothes. We recently found out he is worth more then 8 million dollars and owns rental properties all over our county.

I would use it just to visit the parts counter, parking it on the street out front
Porsche's, Lambo's, Jaguar's, Ford GT's, Ferrari's, and so on. That would be funny. Maybe eventually someone at one of these shops would offer to fix the truck for free just to rid the sight and sound of the embarrassment.
Would of been like, this $800 truck doesn't break down, why the porshe? If you don't want me to keep towing it here then fix your product and quit making overpriced junk.

Five years at the high school with my sons driving it . 383000+ miles 300 six ,short pipe no muffler, 5speed ! Sadly ac non functioning. I love pulling up to "nice" places. Mine runs extremely rich upon start up and revs up then chills. I call her the bomb, my sons say she a beast.

There's nothing like driving an old POS F-250 through a parking lot full of brand new fancy cars... I work in IT at a college campus, and they have an 01 F-250 as a company truck. I have to borrow it from time to time to deliver large computer orders. By far the worst truck I have ever driven... Dents and rust everywhere, holes in the seats, and the transmission slips so bad it will barely climb over speed bumps. At least it has an exhaust system, for now... Good times!

My great grandfather thought the old fords were wind up and not gas powered since they would break down and have to be started again and he ran out of gas after he bought it 😂😂😂

These clunker drivers if given the chance could drive circles around guys with just money skills, same hot car same track. Overcoming the difficulties of driving a station wagon stuffed with yer sent ta prison uncles dirt track built race motor and some tires n parts from the salvage yard yet making that lead sled competitive and stunning the onlookers is what only a driver of crap-cars could do.
