- I got a tattoo! You guys I am so excited! This is something I have been wanting to do for a long time. On Friday the 13th tattoos are really cheap so me and a few girls friends all went and got some! I always wanted to get something meaningful to me so I ended up getting a simple cross on my wrist and I am so happy with it! I vlogged the whole experience for you guys! Enjoy! - Ash

Yes! Try to get involved as much as you can in your church, become a member! Go to youth groups and Bible studies where fellow Christians can encourage you spiritually. I used to be the same as you, but now I am leading a youth choir (I play piano) and I also play guitar for them. I was also made treasurer, it's fun having that responsibility.

Kay Evangeline the best way is to get involved make a habit of going every week and set time a side to read the Bible and pray listen to worship music and get excited about church don't be afraid of the church but get excited and just get involved with youth groups or anything that your church is having :)

$80 is probably the shop's minimum.
You also forget they live close to LA where everything is a bit more pricey

I think a dog could do two lines for free, $80 is unheard of for literally two lines. At least where I'm from except from shops who are trying to take advantage of newly tattooed people.

What did the tattoo feel like when you were getting it? ( how would you rate the pain on a scale of 1-10?)
I have a pretty big one on my arm and frankly it did not hurt a lot.. I would say about 4 or 5 out of 10 and it took 5 hours to do.. Tattoos for me are comparable to being scratched by a cat..

the guy burts sold his small natural burts bees company to a big company that produce toxic bleach. burts bees is most probably full of nasty chemicals now. I use to love that brand when it was natural and toxic free.

Wooow! Your tattoo is so cool ashley! I also have one its a "traditional tattoo" done using bamboo stick, a thorn and the ink was a mixture of charcoal and water. I got it from Kalinga, Philippines from the tribal people on the mountains! 😊

Ashley, I'm not sure where you are with your relationship with God, and I don't have anything against people who want/have tattoos, but I'm sure that if you are a Christian you would know that the Bible has many verses about not marking your body: Leviticus 19:28 is one of them, "Do not cut your bodies for the dead or put tattoo marks on yourselves. I am the LORD." So I hope Ashley, that in fact you are a Christian and at least thought about these verses before you made the decision. Sending you love, this is not a hateful comment.

my bible says "print marks" not tattoo marks. but if you remember in ancient times they branded themselves like cattle and did it for ungodly gods and demonic hence the "for the dead" part. but also remember this was the old testament before Jesus was born.
