It is incredible.. to think her body and brain was riddled with cancer and she kept her energy and spirit. Granted, vlogs only show a snippet of someone’s life, but she definitely defined the term of “fighting cancer”.
These last two months were hard to watch because I could see Emily fading before our eyes, yet she was always so upbeat. I just loved her whole person and Aishe as well
Five years ago today. It’s so sad that she died but she lived her life to the fullest right up until the very end. To this day she still inspires people to be their best selves. Rest in Peace Emily ❤
@@pjgreen1786 Both can be... I've had it twice. Radiation shrunk my bowel tumour within two weeks so I wasn't in pain 24/7... Treatment can be curative too.
And she said around 8 minutes that her prognosis was about 3 months. Staggering that her appearance is SO healthy here and she was SO vibrant so close to the end. A lot of cancer patients look emaciated and slow in their final months. You'd never know looking at her that she was terminal.
Sometimes it’s really sad to see these videos knowing Emily is gone, but then other times they make me smile how much love there was between Emily and Aisha.
I genuinely believe that Aisha and the gym kept Emily going for as long as she did, all of those lucky enough to have met and loved Emily I hope you’re all finding some peace and taking the strength she gave 🙏🕊️🥰

I very rarely publicly comment on videos but I couldn’t help myself after watching several of yours. Last week you randomly popped up in my suggested link and I’ve been watching ever since . My father passed in 2012 from melanoma so your journey is one that hits very close to home. He was given two months to live and he lived for over a year and a half - and I want to stress the ‘live’ part! You’re both so inspirational and the only thing I can say is to Live every day for you and not based on the statistics. Much love and thoughts from Canada!
You two crack me up! Either you're eating then going to the gym, or going to the gym and eating...fun stuff too! Anyhow, my cousin had breast cancer, bad, then it spread to her bones, and all over. They gave her two months....she lived for another ten years because she ate a perfect diet and exercised. She was 40 at the time and how did she pass? Car accident. So I hate it when doctors say you only have such and such time, when it's God who decides and in the mean time we take care of ourselves. Aisha, are you always so mellow???? Too much fun, you two!
It's Easter Sunday 2019. And Ems video came up. Watching it made me smile tinged with sadness that this beautiful young woman is no longer here. Her strength, courage snd humour continues to inspire others and myself. Her legacy that she left us, teaches us to live and be positive even when faced with the bad news none of us wants to hear. I would give you my life if I could. As someone who has tried to take my own life and now watching you FIGHT to the last for your own is beginning to inspire me to do so as well. Hard to imagine it's almost 4 years since beautiful Emily was taken. I discovered her vlogs a year after she passed and because completely won over by this wonderful, energetic, intelligent, beautiful inside and out force of nature. I was going through a difficult period myself at the time but through Emily's inspiration I began to see all the positive things in my life and how lucky I really am. I credit much of my recovery to the powerful message that Emily left to us... that is to live everyday and always think positively, even when the odds are stacked against you. I won't forget her.... she deserves to be remembered and celebrated because in her darkest days she still reached out to encourage and educate others to the dangers of cancer . Many UK people are coming to Prague (Czech Republic) for PROTON THERAPY! I started myself proton therapy in Italy at CNAO (in Pavia). They do HADRONTHERAPY and treat brain tumors as well! Many people come here from all over Europe and if you send a request to your healtcare provider (even if it's National and not private) they many times cover it even though it's in a different Country! PLEASE DON'T GIVE UP 💛
As I am in the diagnostic phase I won't know if I have cancer for a while yet. I started watching Emily before I had any concerns and she was already changing my perspective on cancer. Wherever she is now I think she should know that even at almost 2 gone she is STILL changing people for the better and still educating those of us that feel scared and alone in the process. Okay hey we all know I'm old enough to adopt both of you so come to the states for treatment. Not far from a huge cancer center in Chicago. Seriously, there has to be a way to get you here for the help you need to save your life. There are people who come here from all over the world with medical problems and get it paid for. Have you tried calling any major cancer facilities just to check and find out if they can help you hun? Aisha you monster, come on over here and hide our Easter candy. Rich people do receive better care when it comes to cancer. President Jimmy Carter of the United States of America was cured of stage 4 melanoma skin cancer and he is in his nineties. Rich people get better care in general when it comes to dealing with any type of health issue.
m. mann this is not a factor in the UK where everyone gets free cancer treatment.. obviously in the states if you can afford to see a really high rated doctor then you’d do better than a poor person who can’t see that specialist.
m. mann I agree there is some truth to that. Rich people can afford PETscans, new therapies and wealthy people don’t worry about a copay or deductible at the DR office. Therefore they can go anytime they want too.
gia It is a factor. The NHS is great but has limits. A rich person could have private health cover and pay for treatments and medications the NHS won't cover, and quicker treatment/appointments.
I think for new or specialist treatment that’s not approved through the government is extremely expensive and people will usually either have to raise/borrow money... well that’s how it works in Australia.
Does the world think we in the U.S. have no healthcare? Not true. Poor citizens and their children receive Medicaid. Senior citizens and disabiled receive Medicare. Middle-class receive CHIP for their kids. Veterans receive healthcare. The problem is within the middle-aged middle-class, however they aren't left with nothing. If an employer doesn't offer insurance and you're stuck without it, every hospital, (including the very best) offers financial assistance. My sister had cancer, she was uninsured middle-class. She filled out an application for financial assistance at the Cleveland Clinic and her complete care was free. She's cancer free now.

However I love the fact you grab life with both hands and run with it! Emily you are so positive you’ve inspired me so so much! My health went downhill and I gained so much weight being left with poor mobility I’d love to get a healthy eating and exercise plan when you’re recovered. Yes I’m holding you too it! She lived for 22 glorious months and taught me so much about life and love. She was a fighter just like you!! So you keep on fighting young lady, God has His hand on you I truly believe that! Glad you had a good easter. I saw the documentary because I followed Charlotte, it's strange the dates In her story match mine. I like how it shows the different outlooks and types of cancer , and how it's nothing like 'films". Also how every cancer patient is amazingly brave! When mum was ill I couldn't sleep I would literally wake up not breathing and throw up not even the doctors knew what it was (still is) i know how Aisha feels it really sucks . Emily, do you think your healthy lifestyle and healthy eating has helped you while you battle cancer ? My husband has stage 3 brain cancer and had radiation & chemo and takes chemo 5 days a month. He is physical, eats healthy, no sugar ! And every week his blood tests come out great. I really think having a great attitude helps as well. I think you are doing great and I am a big fan !!!!😊😊😊😊😊 also cancer as been stable.

I would give you my life if I could. As someone who has tried to take my own life and now watching you FIGHT to the last for your own is beginning to inspire me to do so as well. You are so inspiring, keep fighting and whoop its ass girl!
This is my fave video of Emily's. Aisha hiding the Easter candy was absolutely PRICELESS! I'm glad you took the time to do that, Aisha. It made Emily happy ... and starting a few short days later, things took a dark turn and happiness was hard to come by.

Hard to imagine it's almost 4 years since beautiful Emily was taken. I discovered her vlogs a year after she passed and because completely won over by this wonderful, energetic, intelligent, beautiful inside and out force of nature. I was going through a difficult period myself at the time but through Emily's inspiration I began to see all the positive things in my life and how lucky I really am. I credit much of my recovery to the powerful message that Emily left to us... that is to live everyday and always think positively, even when the odds are stacked against you. I won't forget her.... she deserves to be remembered and celebrated because in her darkest days she still reached out to encourage and educate others to the dangers of cancer . Rest of peace Emily.... God bless you x.

I've always said that if there's a God and he gave me the opportunity to give my life in replacement of a child's life that is terminally ill I'd do it in a heartbeat I think most decent people would but I watch you guys and your so perfect and there's so much love between you both all I can ever think is I've had 18 BEAUTIFUL years of happiness with my husband and my babies and I'd honestly gladly give my life for you to have what I have had your so unbelievably brave I have an incurable brain disease which is making me go blind and I thought that was scary I don't know how your as strong as you are I'm in awe of you thank you for being you keep your chin up I'm rooting for you from the side lines ((hugs)) from Wales😘💪👼

Many UK people are coming to Prague (Czech Republic) for PROTON THERAPY! I started myself proton therapy in Italy at CNAO (in Pavia). They do HADRONTHERAPY and treat brain tumors as well! Many people come here from all over Europe and if you send a request to your healtcare provider (even if it's National and not private) they many times cover it even though it's in a different Country! PLEASE DON'T GIVE UP 💛
As I am in the diagnostic phase I won't know if I have cancer for a while yet. I started watching Emily before I had any concerns and she was already changing my perspective on cancer. Wherever she is now I think she should know that even at almost 2 gone she is STILL changing people for the better and still educating those of us that feel scared and alone in the process. Okay hey we all know I'm old enough to adopt both of you so come to the states for treatment. Not far from a huge cancer center in Chicago. Seriously, there has to be a way to get you here for the help you need to save your life. There are people who come here from all over the world with medical problems and get it paid for. Have you tried calling any major cancer facilities just to check and find out if they can help you hun? Aisha you monster, come on over here and hide our Easter candy. Rich people do receive better care when it comes to cancer. President Jimmy Carter of the United States of America was cured of stage 4 melanoma skin cancer and he is in his nineties. Rich people get better care in general when it comes to dealing with any type of health issue.
m. mann this is not a factor in the UK where everyone gets free cancer treatment.. obviously in the states if you can afford to see a really high rated doctor then you’d do better than a poor person who can’t see that specialist.
m. mann I agree there is some truth to that. Rich people can afford PETscans, new therapies and wealthy people don’t worry about a copay or deductible at the DR office. Therefore they can go anytime they want too.
gia It is a factor. The NHS is great but has limits. A rich person could have private health cover and pay for treatments and medications the NHS won't cover, and quicker treatment/appointments.
I think for new or specialist treatment that’s not approved through the government is extremely expensive and people will usually either have to raise/borrow money... well that’s how it works in Australia.
Does the world think we in the U.S. have no healthcare? Not true. Poor citizens and their children receive Medicaid. Senior citizens and disabiled receive Medicare. Middle-class receive CHIP for their kids. Veterans receive healthcare. The problem is within the middle-aged middle-class, however they aren't left with nothing. If an employer doesn't offer insurance and you're stuck without it, every hospital, (including the very best) offers financial assistance. My sister had cancer, she was uninsured middle-class. She filled out an application for financial assistance at the Cleveland Clinic and her complete care was free. She's cancer free now.

However I love the fact you grab life with both hands and run with it! Emily you are so positive you’ve inspired me so so much! My health went downhill and I gained so much weight being left with poor mobility I’d love to get a healthy eating and exercise plan when you’re recovered. Yes I’m holding you too it! My mom used to hide or Easter Baskets and hide little note clues all over the house to lead us to them... The first one would be under our pillow. I had such fun watching this and remembering those times.. THANK YOU SO MUCH EM - HAPPY EASTER TO BOTH OF YOU 💙💚💛💜

I have an autoimmune disorder and you've been a big inspiration to me to exercise, to do as much as I can on the days I can. Thank you both! I'm sorry about your prognosis. I think y’all are perfect together! Don’t you pay any attention to any time limits Emily. My daughter was born with an extremely rare kidney disease and the Dr.s told me she wouldn’t las a week. She lived for 22 glorious months and taught me so much about life and love. She was a fighter just like you!! So you keep on fighting young lady, God has His hand on you I truly believe that! Glad you had a good easter. I saw the documentary because I followed Charlotte, it's strange the dates In her story match mine. I like how it shows the different outlooks and types of cancer , and how it's nothing like 'films". Also how every cancer patient is amazingly brave! When mum was ill I couldn't sleep I would literally wake up not breathing and throw up not even the doctors knew what it was (still is) i know how Aisha feels it really sucks . Again love you guys xxx

Anywho she passed from colo/rectal cancer && it was a very fast diagnoses and journey. I watch a lot of cancer videos for closure but to see your Chanel is really just helping a lot! Emily, do you think your healthy lifestyle and healthy eating has helped you while you battle cancer ? My husband has stage 3 brain cancer and had radiation & chemo and takes chemo 5 days a month. He is physical, eats healthy, no sugar ! And every week his blood tests come out great. I really think having a great attitude helps as well. I think you are doing great and I am a big fan !!!!😊😊😊😊😊 also cancer as been stable.
I envy you Emily, so much! You are the bravest person i'v met! I have had the hardest time this past 9 months with fear. I believe my cancer is back and I don't want to know! I just can't allow myself to find out because it will rob myself and my children of what quality time I do have left. You are truly an inspiration!
