Fix Benro GD3WH geared tripod head wobble/play and loose controls

Thanks, I've a different model but you made me aware of the suspicious Benro plate on my fluid head and was able to tighten the screw behind it, fixing the wobble!

if and when i need to do this, i will no doubt add a drop of blue locktite to the bolt threads. i want to get in there and re-grease the gears as well.
