    Hey Geo, great information. Thank you for creating these videos. I do have a question. On the Avaya One-X there was a "work log" which showed your log-in time and log-out time and when you went into any feature (Aux) codes. I do not see this feature on Avaya Agent for Desktop (AAFD). Is there one? If so, how would I utilize that feature? If not, who can we reach out to for that option?

    Hello, I have a quick question please, my Avaya Agent automatically answers when a call comes in and it's really annoying. Can we disable this option so that it gives me the choice to answer myself?

    Hello sir I am your subscriber please tell me how I use during using call between google meet and Avaya during call I mute from Avaya and wants to know When I am on both Google Meet and Voice Urgent, when I talk to a voice agent, I want to mute the agent and want to go to Google Meet and talk to someone, then while muting the voice agent, when I go to Google Meet, Google Meet also gets muted. My voice cannot reach the other person. I had muted the voice on Google Meet and I had to go and talk on Google Meet. But Google Meet also gets muted. What is the solution for this so that it does not get muted in Google Meet. Please sir tell me it's important to me
