What is the solution for this so that it does not get muted in Google Meet. Please sir tell me it's important to me

Hey Geo, great information. Thank you for creating these videos. I do have a question. On the Avaya One-X there was a "work log" which showed your log-in time and log-out time and when you went into any feature (Aux) codes. I do not see this feature on Avaya Agent for Desktop (AAFD). Is there one? If so, how would I utilize that feature? If not, who can we reach out to for that option?

If my ringer output is set to the headset and the test works where I can hear it ring there....but then there is no ring when a call comes in, what could be causing that?

In my audio settings, I have the ringer output set to my headset but I do not hear the ringer go off when receiving a call. I have even tried to set the ringer output to be my laptop speakers. The test audio works but still can not hear a call...it only lights up when a call comes in. Any thoughts on this?
