Birds and reptiles resemble each other? (Dinosaurs are reptiles but all birds are Theropoda so they form Sauropsida with birds and reptiles!) = Dinosaurs.

yes, it's wings are enough to support powered flights and lift. Just look at an airplane, it's pretty big but the wings are sorta small.
