cheers Rick, getting to a point now where I can't go bigger but its about making life easier, that's the next step for me now! glad you're enjoying the content!
Brilliant mate, so pleased for you, loving you're enthusiasm. Maybe give that lager another go on this new system, with, fingers crossed, less catastrophic results 🤞😁
great minds think alike! I'm definitely trying a lager again soon, just need to save up a bit more and then I can get the malty ordered, thank you mate!
my only advice is to walk before you can run. Your first brew day on a proper brew kit wont be as smooth as you think as it will be a voyage of discovery. Just remember its a learning process. Best of luck!
that's typically not my style, jump in the deep end and see what happens haha! Very sensible words though, this Sundays video is uploading now, my first brew day, you were very right haha. cheers! p.s - love your brewery and your journey, enjoyed your hop addition podcast!
Nice upgrade but you need more space, youll have a lot of problems if you keep brewing in that garage. GL and greets from Višegrad, Republika Srpska (Bosnia).
Hey! thanks for following along and I think you're right, I want to maximise the output in the garage before considering renting of a unit. lets see how I get on in 2025!
Great to see you expanding, understand why you up sized, saving time is everything, there's enough to do in the brewery as it is!
Now we are talking!!! Absolute beast of a system!!!
Yes Andy!! Scary but exciting, I'm certainly having fun collecting more stainless steel haha!
Upsizing how fantastic. As always looking forward to following your upcoming adventures cheers 👍🍻
