Justin Nary on starting your own fencing contracting business | Stockade

We visited Justin Nary from Taylor Fencing out in central Iowa on a highway spec project. A large portion of Justin's work is spec fencing for the government, such as this highway access control fencing. As a result, he has designed his business around delivering high quality, large quantity fence, in the most efficient manner possible. In this interview, Justin also discusses how creating an efficient business helps with staff retention, a problem many fencing contractors are facing today. Finally, Justin shares a bit of advice on what he believes is key to being successful when starting your own fencing contracting business.
