Finally a clear 40k W. I was expecting Krieg or the Aspect Warriors but getting both and the full extent of both was awesome. Sad we couldn't see anything new for the Empire yet for Old World. For AoS honestly I am happy that the factions who are missing their manifestations and terrain will be getting them. And while the Gobline wolf riders were awesome they really should have updated the stabbas before adding anything new. Also seems weird to keep all the spider goblin stuff if that wasn't also going to get updated soon. But still a good showing
The only reveal I need is bringing back Horus Heresy vehicles in 40k again. They have legend rules but no one wants to play with them because they are not tournament legal... I want to buy these models but I have no incentive to do so currently.
Ok so I just watched it and I am super pleased with the Krieg sections and I am so hyped for what’s coming. The Death Riders and the new Marshal on Death Rider look absolutely fantastic and the Grenadier/Engineer hybrid unit looks perfect. Plus the artillery turned out great and rolling in the old mortars and some new pieces was executed very very well. I really only have 3 questions about the full release and nothing about the models you have given us and all about taking the fantastic work you have done and expanding upon it. Is there plans to add a Marshal on foot to accompany the new mounted one like there was prior in the old HQ command squad with that Iconic banner from the same kit and If not is the other kit still going to be available? Are the Malcador tanks especially the Infernus still going to be represented in the Krieg range? And you said the new larger artillery piece was on a 100+ size base, is that going to be directly replacing the Earthshaker and Medusa batteries or are those going to be two separate things? That said I hope it is clear I see these additions and revivals as absolutely smashing additions to the Guard range and I can already see myself using a paycheck or two just in these guys alone. 14:01
