You got a beautiful family there. Also this video is very professional recorded despite not having much subscribers. All the best in your next journey.
What i think, Brunei tourism need to set up a tourism tour to Bomba, Police station, or even a school for tourist to have a cheerful visit.. Even kampong Ayer village route for tourist to walk touring around each kampong
safe travels....glad you enjoyed your time here. if you go around a bit more on land, you can come across another tomb, kubur dang ayang...also of course general post office, and also local market (tamu)....but hi-tea bruneian style is actually just a simple hot drinks preferably 'teh tarik' which translate directly to pulled tea hehehe..and some fritters like banana fritters and/or prawn fritters and many more hehe...and we dont take little bites hehehehe...have many more great trips....
Sama sama. Kami menikmati lawatan kami ke negara anda. Satu-satunya yang kita miliki ialah pengangkutan awam tidak begitu boleh dipercayai, jadi sukar bagi kita untuk mendapatkan bas. ;-)
When was this video recorded? Did you experience the horrible haze from Indonesia? Anyway do stop by Pulau Tiga on your way to Sabah, North Borneo. Loads of nice islands to explore and Kota Kinabalu itself is beautiful to explore on foot.
Its okay Hasbul. Everybody makes mistakes. Thats not the Jong Batu but merely a "bakut" or a very small island. Former inhabitants of Kg Bukit Salat and Kg Sumbiling knew more of this tiny bakut.
The Antares 44’s mast is designed to be ICW friendly…..good thing for that bridge. As for respecting modesty customs etc, it’s not so different in the western world. If you visit the Vatican, you are asked to dress modestly. Ladies will be provided with a small shawl to cover cleavage etc…..
Cute how your getting your kids to learn about high tea manners etc but high tea is not really a Brunei custom. Just a fancy hotel trying to be pretentious. It's just an excuse for a snack.
They described afternoon tea. They had high tea. They are not the same thing. Afternoon tea is a snack of sweet things for the upper class. High tea is savory and sweet and the final meal of the day for Northern working class families.
I feel bad for the political backlash that you are receiving,I noticed that pretty much every travel bloggers receives it,especially if they travel to Muslim-majority countries
Thanks Januzai. We don't care what other people say about our travels. We really enjoy the people we meet, and have thouroughly enjoyed our time in Muslim countries for almost two years now. We like learning about different cultures, and it is very good for our family to not only learn about other beliefs, but also make friends from all over the world - no matter their race, religion, or biases.
I enjoyed this. A very well mannered family and modest Thk you for sharing us your journey. Safe trips you all. From Sabah East Malaysia

kampong = town or village
Kampung*
Kampung means village bro

Yes. Agree. It was fun for the kids to learn, and see what it was like in a fancy hotel. :)

@@mdsilvers That's it Captain. The best and only way to live in our big beautiful world.
This country is portrayed much worse than it actually is.
