Suggestions: your "skinning" material is too thin to form a gentle curve over the edges of the formers/ribs, etc. Bond thin strips of the same material about 1 cm wide (make long notches in the formers, etc) onto the formers/ribs and sand a gentle transition curve to allow the skin to form smooth curves over the edges of formers. Did those aileron hinges really work after your generous application of glue?... Nevertheless, five star work.

Nope, it shrinks and gets dissolved into viscoelastic state and gets harder then. Similarly to LDPE or expanded polystyrene
