    I’m shopping for a helmet. Just watched your other unboxing video on The Sweatsaver and this is very helpful in deciding whether or not this is the model I should get. It’s priced at $75 now.

      That's a way more reasonable price than $120. I am still using the Gotham mips helmet only cons are it's bulky, and not as easy to clean since there's no thick liner to throw in the laundry. Wish you the best in your helmet purchasing journey 🙏

    The front liner of your Certified Sweatsaver is installed upside down FYI.

      Feels good so far.
      Fortunately I haven’t had to properly test it yet haha.

    I have the sweat saver and agree, the summers are rough. But I sweat, nothing will help that.
    They make a great product. Very comfortable.
    I was unaware of MIPS. Thank you for that but of knowledge. I will keep that in mind when I upgrade.

    Always enjoy your videos. Helmet looks nice. I finally got myself one and it's got a twisty tightener thing too, which I didn't think I would like, but I do like it. I don't like wearing the helmet, and the sweat is a problem here in Thailand, but I'm trying my best to be more responsible. Cheers to being responsible adults.

    😂 Head shake test 🤘🏼 Can't wait to see your next video where you skate. I've had problems with sweat pouring in my eyes during the summer looking down at the camera. Thanks for the video!

    My dirtbike/MX helmet uses a MIPS system but I don’t think it’s so necessary in a skateboard helmet, that retention is a staple of mountain bike helmets as well.

      With the brain, it is necessary

      I would have to agree. MIPS is not sport specific. 🧠

    Does this helmet run small or closer to true to size? I measured my head at 20.5 in. So the sizing chart is referring me to the smallest size.

    • @TwoQs
      @TwoQs  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      In my experience it was indeed true to size. It sits on my head feeling loose and then I use the dial to tighten and secure it on my head.

    How did the sweat problem end up going? I myself sweat an insane amount so that’s something really important to me in deciding what helmet to buy. Please help me out! Was that new helmet better?? I wouldn’t wanna be dripping sweat 😓

    • @TwoQs
      @TwoQs  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The new helmet has definitely helped as far as sweating goes since there isn’t a thick spongy liner.
      It still does accumulate inside the helmet though and when I lean forward sweat will still come pouring out so it’s better but not solved.

    Cool! I need to start wearing a helmet more often. The Ennui Elite looks pretty great but it’s always out of stock.

    • @TwoQs
      @TwoQs  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The Ennui Elite was highly recommended by multiple people but I had the same issue it was sold out! Makes sense considering the great price though.

    • @jessa.3857
      @jessa.3857 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      That Ennui helmet looks nice but def not safe. If you plan on going hard in whatever sport you do, i would advise against it.

    maybe use some adhesives or a hot glue gun to fix your original helmet?
    Have 2 on hand.

    • @TwoQs
      @TwoQs  ปีที่แล้ว

      Helmets are not something you want to use glue on and there is no glue that is not going to melt in the Arizona heat. Thanks for the suggestion though.
