i have not spearfished for years now but getting back into it; could hold breath for the dive but sitting in arm chair is very different from moving and burning oxygen in the process. You are great to dive with Anvar- make me want to get serious with training. Thank you for sharing with us.

Great stuff, on the couch I can do it, the difference is when you start to move. I'm not quite sure what can I do better on my dives it's just that urge to breathe coming after 1 - 1.30 min when I try to go deeper than 15meters. Once again thank's for great videos. They different and always pleasure to watch! Good luck!
Its the lack of experience... The sea adds lots of stress (pressure, water, blue-ness, wetsuit, waves, currents, fish, bla bla) so the body reacts to that stress... You should focus on your relaxation and getting new experience...

I couldn't equate the pressure in my ears, so, i had to stop at 10 meters!! Damn... i lost the dive!! Ha ha...great vid Anvar and great shot!!

It was an Oceanborn, 3*16 + 8mm, but I think the 2*16 is enough for a 8mm shaft...

I had missing so many fish lately. also Spanish mackrel 10+ kg i shot her and the shaft didnt pass to the other side.
It was 2 *17.5 shaft 7.5

Hi Aljaz, Adriatic is supposed to be good for Dentex and AJ :)
My STA is around 6:30
Dentex are common but are going deeper and deeper and over my safe zone so they are getting more difficult to catch. Thanks for your answer :)
