I made onion skin dye after watching your video and am amazed at the different colours, from pink to parchment. I asked my local fruit and veg shop for skins and they happily supplied heaps.
I absolutely love watching you make things, especially because you only use things you have, and that doesnt include, dies, stamps, or any other thing that costs a ton of money. Thank you, thank you, thank you 💗
One of the best stamps is a lid or cap about 1 inch diameter. Dip it in black or white paint contrasting acrylic paint and make 3-5 marks on your page. Toothpaste caps make nice small circles. A new pencil erasure makes nice bold dots. When I first started, that's all I had. I mainly do frugal junk journals. I made a nice vine stencil from photo album plastic.
I love all the tags. They are one of my favorite things to work on, however I never have sense enough to quit embellishing! Sometimes a little restraint gives the best result.
I’m a new crafter and I’m so happy I found your Chanel, you have Instilled confidence in me to just give it a go. I love everything I have seen you make and you explain how to make the items in a way I can understand , I have been very Unwell over the last few years and the Occupational therapist suggested crafting, thank you for sharing your talent in a kind and positive manner. Bless you.
I hope that you are feeling stronger and that you’ve been enjoying creating…. It is so beneficial to use one’s mind and hands to make beautiful and/or useful things 💐
Very beautiful! Am 70 yrs old and just now have an interest in crafting. So trying to find my "groove" and see what interests me. You gave me some ideas thank you. BLESSINGS
punch your punch through tin foil several times every now and then to make them sharp again. it works on all your cutting needs, like cutting blades and punches.
Beautiful. Simple elegance. I love loved love when you say "find your own way,". It makes me respect my own decisions so much more than I used to. Thank you
I love when I watch your videos that I always pick up a little tip. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned Papercrafter , I love how you always offer a little tips and tricks for all. I never thought of taking a credit card or store card and making it a corner template for tags, brilliant!
Natasha, take aluminum foil & punch holes in it with your single hole punch & it just might sharpen it. It works with my cricut blades, scissors, etc. I love your ideas!! 🙏❤️⚘️
Natasha, I am truly enjoying binge watching your vids; you are clever and have a very pleasant demeanor. It feels like I'm having a cup of tea and crafting with a friend. I don't know if it's only me, but I fell like when you get fiddly with a project is when you come up with the best ideas. Shalom from Central Oregon US.
I hve been watching so many of your videos and I love them. You are very talented and I love that you keep it short and sweet and to the point. I love tutorials but really haven't got the attention span to sit for aan hour or more watching someone glue a dozen like things. I think we all know how to glue so we dont need to see every drop of glue applied. Thanks again for great content and editing .
I’m enthralled and inspired! I adore your teaching style and thought process. I’m trying to mass make these and I may need a nap and a transfusion of ink in one vein and glue in the other!!!! TYFT
Very nice, a bit on the large side. The decoupage technique can be used on just about anything. I made my two year old grandson an Easter basket with his name and picture inside of it with this method.
I love those tags there I really like the ones that was the darker color with the flowers on them I would love to find some napkins like those and I like the light pink ones too.
I'm still watching your old videos and finding new inspiration - and by the way, you CAN STAMP under the napkins, even over, just use VERSAMARK or VERSAFINE ink. It has worked for me.
You have so many things that I don’t think I would make up to have in my stash! Like the little stitched ruffles, so unique!!! I’m going to have to binge watch you now to see all your bits and bobs you make to decorate things hahaha! Love your work!
I love your natural sense for color and placement. The original items were gorgeous napkins and you balanced these with touches of gold and ribbons lathered in gold. I have been crafting for 26 years and watch others to develop my weak sense for color schemes. I don't have a large stash of items to enhance cards or albums but the smallest dash of creativity makes items blossom. Your thinking out loud is like a mentor guiding my hand. Thank you, Natasha. (oddly enough I favor videos made during the "shutdown" as I feel we are all helping each other survive)
Such simple and beautiful tags, Natasha. I enjoy listening to your thought process as you’re making decisions. So thankful for your frequent videos right now, thank you
Try punching though aluminum foil a few time for your hand punch. Running the foil through your cutter may help that also. I know it works for scissors. These tags are so pretty. I can't wait to try it. Thank you!
About your very dull hole punch - use Fabri-Fix on the metal to attach the plastic more permanently. Once that has dried, get a piece of aluminum foil and punch through it a couple of dozen times. That should sharpen the edges of the punch & make it work better. Absolutely LOVE your videos & your style. ;-)
Just beautiful!!! Can't wait to try. I purchased some of those serviets from a craft show once, little while back.i am.just a beginner & i Love listening to & watching your videos . I never get tired from them,so inspirational, thanks again
Pretty napkins and tags! Yes, anything Archival is considered no water based and will resist smearing when you put PVA, mod podge, varnish, etc over it BUT you do need to let it dry first.
I have recently started dyeing my copy paper with plants. It is satisfying and surprizing to see the different hues. Sometimes it comes out blotchy, which I like too.
I just came to your sight and subscribed today. I really enjoyed watching you make these. I would love to be able to find such pretty napkins like you used. I can't ever find beautiful ones from any of the stores I shop. Wish I could go to the store you go to. Thank you for sharing and God bless you and your family 🙏❤️.
I like to make a little bit of everything. From scrapbooking to wood making. But I love to use napkins to decorate with cause it's so simple but beautiful
Hi Natasha, These tags are so pretty and I have some full packages of napkins that would be beautiful! Just a little tip for the small hole punch if you take some fine grit sand paper and keep making holes in it the sand paper will sharpen the hole punch. This also works on punches and scissors! ☺ aluminum foil can work too but to be honest I've only ever used the sand paper... hope this helps! Laura m 🦋
Thank you Laura. Everyone is suggesting the aluminium foil, but I have already done that numerous times :) I haven't tried the sand paper yet!! Thanks for the tip :)
Try cutting and punching tin foil with your cutter and hole punch to sharpen them. Good luck. Hope it helps😀 love your tips and honesty. It amazes me how much we're all so much alike in our crafty ways. Thank you for all your inspiration. Ready to get crafting.
TREASURE BOOKS, i LOVE YOU AND YOUR CHANNEL AND YOUR ART AND IDEAS. Who inspired you to do mixed media art? You are always inspiring me, and today is another example. I appreciated that you used a file folder/page divided, whatever it was for the backing for those beautiful napkins. Everything about this segment was full of useful ideas, tips, and your lovely voice, and your clear, easy to understand instructions. You are a fantastic teacher. I have subscribed to Which Craft Do You Do. Even if they don't take US dollars or ship to US, I just love looking through their catalog. Thank you, for again brightening a 76 yr old American disabled woman's life. Take care, be safe, be well - that goes for you and all your loved ones.
I just found you yesterday and have been collecting things to start making journals ,, you have inspired me soooo much,, thankyou ❤ another thing with your hole punch maybe run it through some tin foil to sharpen it ? Xx
Hi, I am absolutely loving your videos. You are so clear and concise with your instruction. BTW your black in is archival so yes it is waterproof, and if you pop a glue dot between the top cover and the clear plastic piece it will come off with the lid and you won't get inky fingers. Have a wonderful day.

Wow how exciting! Finding your groove, go for it!!! Follow your interests and passion, and have fun!!!
punch your punch through tin foil several times every now and then to make them sharp again. it works on all your cutting needs, like cutting blades and punches.
A punch I purchased also recommended using wax paper, every so often, as a lubricant. 👍
Thanks! I'll try that 🤩
Thanks for the tip on foil and wax paper!
Thanks for these tips that make well-used tools last longer!
Beautiful. Simple elegance. I love loved love when you say "find your own way,". It makes me respect my own decisions so much more than I used to. Thank you
I appreciate how you change your mind and try other things. It's so helpful to know other artists do it and everything isn't so darn ' effortless'.
The napkin with the 2 inch squares would make great tiles, love them.
I love these and the fact that you don't use digital prints is more my kind of journaling, use anything and everything to hand.

Try ironing the backside of the tags with no steam I have encountered that issue the odd time and ironing the paper was the answer! TFS!
They are lovely!
Just gorgeous congratulations 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸
Thank you!!
Hello, I'm Rose from Vancouver, Canada. I find that punching through sand paper it will make it better, not like new but some. Cheers.
