Carly may be free, but i dont think jason will be yet. Jagger thinks anna had something to do with the evidence being gone, but they also told him his credentials were used on June 10th, which was the day he met with sam at the pool. Jagger is gonna put it together eventually that Sam and Spinelli were involved and try to charge them. Which is gonna leave Jason to clean up after their mess. Jason's not free yet.
