Living simply is a challenge, I know. It requires a change of perspective, and a redirection of focus. Instead of feeding ourselves with the anxiety of having more, we can nourish ourselves well, in body and soul. Instead of chasing happiness in material things, we can find it in the small joys of daily life: a sunset, a shared laugh, a moment of peace.
