Do you sell just the bolt, spacer and washer for the secondary clutch? Mine looks like it was rigged with additional washers. Yours also looks a little different than the OEM washer. Thanks
Yes, we sell those separately - powerequipmentman.com/collections/clutch-parts/products/secondary-clutch-hardware-only We designed our own heavy duty washer/spacer that is all one piece. It is a much better design than the OEM one. Thanks for watching!
We have a new 2023 Yamaha golf cart. We would like to have more torque What is the difference between the one we currently have on our golf cart If I would replace it, would it avoid any warranties? I was also watching your other video with the rear gear replacement. But we're gonna be using it at a campground with lots of hills. And we have a back seat on it to haul more weight. Thank you
If you have a Drive2 model. you really don't need the clutch update kit since your cart already has the newer style clutches. If you are looking to get more torque, you need a Clutch Performance Kit. It would help out with bottom end torque and hill climbing power. If you have a lot of hills and heavy loads, I would NOT recommend installing the high speed gears since they will hurt your bottom end torque even more. A lot of it depends on how your dealer handles it. So I really can't give you a solid yes or no answer.
Got a 2009 golf cart, press the gas and it runs and clutch looks to be sliding in and out like it’s supposed to but won’t move at all, put a new belt on there so it’s not that, shifter/shifting cable working like it should. Sound like a clutch?
Is your cart actually running? Or is it just cranking over on the starter? If you still have the old TEAM clutches, then you may need to replace them. If you have the FBT clutches, have you greased them recently?

Until I can afford this new clutch set, I have to replace my belt…anyone have the brand or stock number?

@@PowerEquipmentMan perfect, those OEM washers don’t last without a big fender washer over them. Yours looks just like I was going to try and make.
I was also wondering what kind of Jack you use to lift the golf cart with.
It looks a lot more safe than using a regular floor Jack.
Here is a link to the jack we use - amzn.to/3ueCPKA
I wish I had watched this first.
My brand new 2024 is slipping Ill stop and when I hit gas it revs and shoots into gear is this slipping belt or is the new clutch not working
Sounds like you need to take it back to the dealer. It's under warranty, make them figure it out.

Yeah it runs, all the pulleys and everything turns, it’s in gear, just won’t put anything to the wheels, think I’m just going to replace the clutch
I still have the old team clutches
@@filthyheathen1504 We should have these clutch update kits back in stock by the end of this week.
