They have players that can play 2-3 positions which makes the team more versatile

Plastic fans (such as the Messi and CR7 fanboys) won't know him or realise what a good manager he is. He won consecutive league titles with Zurich who nowadays don't get close to winning the league, he took Monchengladbach back to the CL after years of struggle domestically, almost won the league with Nice and now hopefully will end the dominance of Bayern by winning the Bundesliga with Dortmund and be a challenge for any team in Europe again.
