    My yesterday, Day 19 lower body day, I went up and down the stairs at our church (21 total) 3 times; I'm pretty proud at the speed at which I was able to hit them! Then the evening, my daughter and I went to the performance of Swan Lake. From the balcony where we sat to the basement bathrooms were killer. The last time up was slow going for me! I appreciate these stretch sessions!

    Thankyou so much for this stretch workout! It was wonderful and felt so good! Could easily have fallen asleep at the end, it was so peaceful and totally relaxing. Have loved these workouts and wish i could afford to join the over 50 or Patreon groups. Thanks.🥰

    Ahhhh….Great stretches for the body today. Thanks for the cues, which made this a perfect guided meditation as well as a stretch for all those muscle groups we’ve worked this week. The music was so nice, too! Thanks, PJ! ❤ 🙏

    I was doing this exercise last night, and my son was in the same room. He said you sound and kinda look like Carol from the walking dead. I totally agree and by the way that’s a compliment! She’s a total bad ass and so are you ❤

    That was very very very relaxing. I was laying on my mat at the end of this stretch session bout to go to sleep. Very much needed these stretches, hips were tight. They feel much better now. Thanks PJ. Day 20 whipped!❤

    LOVE this... whew.. those windshield legs are something... my LEFT hip just screams.. I have to GO SLOW... I mean crazy slow.. sigh... so tight... gotta DO this A LOT.. THANK YOU so much PJ for being a part of my FLEXIBLE RETURN!!! :) It's gonna be SO YUMMY when I get there!!! (your cues are spot on.. not TOO much dialog... just enough to keep me going without WATCHING you every second)
