In their first roadmap they have said they do not want to be limited by three races but they want to get 3 races fleshed out. I see them doing that as expansions down the road. - Edit: I tried to find the old roadmap but I couldn't find anything to backup what I said sorry :(

Why did the collection array thing attack the creeps while an enemy unit was even closer?
Sovereign's watch can't retarget, so it gets locked onto something until that unit goes out of range

Pretty much what Joneather has said - they've hinted at more than 3, but we don't know for sure
