Bongumusa Mthembu, Ann Ashworth win the 2018 Comrades Marathon

The 2017 Comrades Marathon champion Bongumusa Mthembu has done it again. Mthembu has been crowned the 2018 Comrades Marathon champion. Mthembu finished the 90.184 km race at 05 hours 26 minutes and 43 seconds. The athlete who hails from Bulwer in KwaZulu-Natal midlands, became the first South African to win the race more than once since Bruce Fordyce, when he won the race for the second time last year. Over 21 000 athletes started 2018 Marathon outside Pietermaritzburg City Hall on Sunday morning at 5:30. Let's see how Mthembu won the race
