The lesson is very interesting, but I think it would be much better if the sentences followed a plot on a subject and not random. Regards

Hi Patrina,
I agree. I'm thinking about making some flash cards with these phrases.
The last video I clicked on started with "There is a lot of snow on top of the mountain." hahaha I live just off the Rocky mountains and that still isn't helpful to say.
So this here exactly what I was looking for, very useful statements I can actually try to use and make conversations in my day.

Mi meta estudiar y aprende espanol para poder comunicarme con los que no pueden hablar ingles 🇺🇸
It would be most helpful if you said if this is Spanish from Spain or South American Spanish.
I believe it's Euro Spanish
@@gcgates2963 No, it's Latin American.
Which one is it?
The narrator answered another question and said it is Mexican spanish.
hello - newbie question - is this Mexican Spanish or others? also are these spoken Spanish or written? thanks
Spoken Mexican Spanish :)
Super 👌
Thank you! Cheers!
Thank you, do you have a list of these or flashcards?
2:19 shouldn’t it be eres como yo? Instead of son como yo. Son means like they are
Okay... I'm ten minutes in, and this is starting to sound like someone's inner monologue. Some of it is so random. Some of it sounds like part of some couple's argument. I think at this point in the video it sounds like she's about to shift focus towards her dad and her arguments with him. I'm not sure where this lesson is going. It almost has the feel of a telenovela or someone's diary. Perhaps it's just me. Thank you for the video. It's definitely interesting! It's weirdly like getting brought into a story you weren't prepared for. Cheers!

Am I correct in thinking these lessons are not specifically Mexican Spanish?
No ;) The speaker is Mexican, but her Spanish is neutral and can be understood both in Spain and Latin America.

At 1:00:02 do you really guys say to ,,you're something else" - ,,eres la leche"?
In Spain they do 😊
@@21languages oh nice, interesting🙂
@@21languages I live in Spain but have not heard that
I never heard of 'sos' for 'you' before. What country uses this?
Argentina, for example. Instead of "tú eres..." they say also "vos sos..."
El español hablado es muy rapido
Anki this baby
What else is anyone using to learn? And, is anyone fluent yet & how long did it take you?
I would caution anyone relying on these phrases. There are so many different options available, when you are speaking to native speakers be prepared for a puzzled look " no suena bien". This video is useful for those of c1 and c2, but I would not recommend for beginners/intermediate. It will confuse you.
What dialect is this?
Latin american.
I wish the audio English translation was left out. It would give me a chance to figure out the meaning on my own
Thanks ;) Probably will do that next time ;)
World Travel. It's simple; TURN THE VOLUME DOWN 👎 👎 👎
Needs to be slowed down
Thanks! "Needs to be slowed down" - How much? ;))
In youtube you can change the speed, dont you know this??? The video is perfect, I'm working thru it.
Hit the three dots in the upper right corner.
Shouldn't ¿Esto es una radio? be ¿Esta es una radio?
No 🤓
@@21languages Can you explain. It seems you're using a masculine Demonstrative with a feminine noun?
When you ask about something ("¿Esto es...?" or "¿Es esto...?"), or when you answer to that kind of question, you always use "esto". Yes, "radio" is feminine, but you say "esto es la radio". There are exceptions to this, but that's the general rule.
@@21languages I know masculine is the default gender in Spanish. As I "Tengo dos hermanos y ocho hermanas, todos son muy estúpidos" But I didn't realize it went this far
The masculine form would be "este". "Esto" is neuter; one of the few instances of the neuter form being used in Spanish.
está como un tren = She's hot 🤔
That's European Spanish
why is she single so much time?
To fast
Go to settings, bottom right of the video, and you can lower the speed
