I have been searching for years for good stories in Spanish with text, and yours is the best I have ever found. I will support you and hope you continue the great project. I don't like the learn Spanish channels that speak so much English when it is supposed to be in Spanish.
This is going to help me. I’m trying to read 30 minutes a day out loud. I read it, listen to you read it, and look words up I don’t know. I think that’s a good strategy. I would like more of these stories!!
The clarity of diction and reading pace of this video is extraordinarily well done, exceptional, in my opinion. I’d like to see and hear other Spanish stories read by this lady.
I only knew about 30% of the words but recognized more and the verb forms so I was able to follow what was happening and also picked up on new words. Thank you for this story!
Fui a Madrid por 3 semanas. Quedo en una pension cerca de los museos. Requerdo todo de la Plaza Santa Ana, Plaza Mayor, Corte Ingles para musica, el metro y el rastro. Este historia es clasico! Gracias!

I like this a lot reading is an important step in learning Spanish. I understood about 95% of the story but what I don’t understand is why she went to Madrid when her clothes were in Japan?
Reminds me of that one episode in Office, with Dwight, "the perfect crime"..I think that's what that scene is called, where he describes the perfect crime lol

Start with Children’s books and then junior books and work your way to adult.
You don’t need to understand every word, you need general context

I don't know if this is really beginners - I only knew 25% of the words, so I lost interest.
IMO, this is mid to high level beginner. If you want total beginners, look for a spanish kids book with picture. Just don't give up on the journey.
