I don't think this comparison was done fairly, both creatures have very different playstyles from each other and it feels like you're trying to fit DB Deino into the role of KTO Deino, which it wasn't intended for. Both definitely have their uses, KTO Deino does have nicer animations but plays like an OP Sarco. Who would want to play Sarco or any other semi-aquatic if KTO Deino is on the server? They're incredibly strong, insane bonebreak and way too fast for how tanky they are. On a PVP server I can see where you'd rather use KTO Deino to overpower most other creatures. DB Deino is built more like an ambushing tank with a focus on grab for the smaller/mid-sized creatures, brawling for the bigger ones in the water. There's also more room for skill with stamina management and attacks, since it has a wider choice of moves and a weakpoint at the back of the head for your opponent to play around if they know about it. All in all, a lot more fun to fight against or play as. There's always a chance to escape on land and it lets Sarco keep its role by implementing a new one. 👍
Like i`ve said each to their own :). I do liked the DB Deino ambush animation and the fact that he can take a beating, but that`s about it. And speaking about brawils in the water, I think it can be quickly out-maneuvered and killed. It is too slow for me to grow and actually play. My main favorite remains the Sarco, then KTO Deino.
I hate kto dino, i used to play on pvp server and wen thy addit in, no one was piking spino, ore eny other semi aquatic, and the land player base just droped significaly.
It is like when they added Deino in The Isle... it was full of them, but with time, lot of people ger bored of the "slow" playstile and go to their mains.

DB Deinosuchus is really disappointing to me. I thought this would be the time that Divine Beast to ascended its quality to the next level but well, it turned out to be awful. To be honest. Divine Beast Mods is some of the worst available. Trash animation, Even trash’er model, just take a look at Zhuchengtyrannus model, that shit look miserable lol. But ngl the sound design is pretty dope and the selection of abilities is really nice. Some of the worst thing about DB Deino is it’s SIZE. That Croc is really really really OVERSIZED. But what even worse is that its stats don’t even match its size like I can Solo it on Land with pretty much anything.
Oh but people will say to you... "This is not a land creature, it is stronger in water...." Btw, check my Sarcosuchus Pond Challenge videos... the difference in speed is mind blowing. Thanks for stopping by mate, really appreciate it :)
@@GameWithTonyYTI managed to bully the DB Deino with my Sarco. Granted I had my sense as 10% increased damage to wet targets but I had ripping bite on which does low damage but drains oxygen and stamina.

Db deino is unrealistic,oversized, stiff animations,(mouth open 24,7?) Its only redeemable quality is that it grabs and has op stats. This is an alltime low from db which has a modding team of same or even greater size than pt, whilr we have kto deino being done by a one man army, realistic and with the new update it now has 2 build paths
Most pple like to anbush and drag. As a player who plays smaller dinos.. I fear the new one more. They come out the water soo fast.. I can't even react and takes a couple of seconds to even realize what just happened.

@@shawnhenderson4821 fr, thats why if im in the BQL area i go for the pond right above salt flats in hoodoo and if im near GV I go for the frog pond in ripple Beach lol. And if im in the northern part of the map then ill just go to hotsprings and the HT hotspring or the area near the lake thats right before the waterfall. At least with the hotsprings you can see inside the water easier and tell if anything is there.

The first time I touched DB Deino something told me it was just inferior to KTO Deino plus I was already accustomed to KTO Deino so I knew the best ways to attack and attack faster with the normal and turning bite combo.
At the end of the day? Who cares. Both are insanely overtuned and very strong modded creatures that totally outshine anything the vanilla dinos want to do. One's a lot more mobile and the other hits even harder. I'm not gonna cry over apples and oranges, instead I will be perfectly content with my lemons.
Id enjoy DBs deino so much more if they fixed that throat part of the deino moving like its sentient with the legs.. it just looks so ugly seeing the throat contort in 230 different ways
When it comes to the model kto is better no question dp deino has bad turning but thats the reason it has 90 degree 180 degree turn attacks when it comes to fighting dp is better but all round kto takes it but i still prefer dp

@@GameWithTonyYT Since the d b deino is new either the bonebreak hitbox is weird Or you didn't charge it long enough or you didn't hit properly It can definitely tank the long neck stuff can just run away from you that's just a thing
You can see it in the video that the bonebreak was fully charged, you can even hear the SFX of the bones being cracked. HE was just quicker with broken leg than me :D
I love the DB Deino! Because it makes killing it with my Sachi so satisfying! I run circles on them! I went against one and it had one bite on me and the whole time I was behind it’s head and back. Ambush is all db deino really gives people that’s exciting

How is simple? The KTO has better maneuverability abilities, it is quicker on land and in water than DB and the stamina is much better in water and on land than the DB. Tell me how the DB is better?

DB mods suck entirely alltogether. they look ugly, they're overtuned, the skins look like they where done by toddlers and they refuse to take any advice or criticism. if you want to see a really good videogame deinosuchus, look at Ark Additions.
Even the one in The Isle is better! But each to their own, some people like it, some don`t. For me it is trash, and I would never play it again in this state.
Db instantly looses for me, purely baed on model and animations. Most db mods have seriously bad models and anims, just so gross i dont even want to play them
Tbh divine beast deinosuchus is a goated mod in my opinion sure it is slower then KTO deinosuchus but its stronger then it not only thst it has the grab ability and holy shit i enjoy ambushing dinosaurs with the grab abilitys
It's not if you should play a more op version of a dino mod, it's if either mod is more balanced compared to other dinosaurs. Jeez to many people want an OP great dino, if DB dino is a huge damage/tank then it needs negatives in other areas, eg stam or agility. Play Sarco if you want a more agile version.
@@GameWithTonyYTA deinosuchus is not supposed to be bigger than a Rex. They've been estimated at 35 to 40 feet in length so similar in length to a T.rex. The DB Gator is much larger than it should be. The KTO Gator looks more accurate and feels more pleasant to use in my opinion. Also killed an adult and sub adult db deinosuchus with a Sarco today. Was probably an unpleasant shock to them.

One thing I *really* don't like about DB's Deinosuchus, is that it cannot regenerate stamina on land unlike KTO's Deinosuchus. It's such a weird mechanic for something like Deinosuchus. It kind of binds it to being only an underwater ambusher and thats it. Meanwhile, KTO's Deinosuchus can go freely on land *and* be an underwater ambusher. Both have different playstyles and such, I get it. But that has always bothered me with DB's Deino. DB Deino wins in animations, while KTO's Deino wins in gameplay imo
Like I've said in the end of the video, its my "2 cents about it". Personally I could not force myself to grow something so slow the normal way. That's why it is on instant grow Pvp server 😄

Hey I’m not hating the DB deino because I’ve grown a DB deino but I prefer the KTO deino it was the first deinosuchus mod and the original deino so I like KTO deino better sorry😅😊 edit: Ohh also the KTO deinosuchus has way more detail than the DB deinosuchus also why is the DB deinos teeth so white tho the KTO deinosuchus just looks way better in my opinion I rather play a KTO deinosuchus no hate
They aren’t at all the same Dino even though they are technically. Different sizes, you’re using bone break bite instead of shell crusher, DB beats KTO in every fight. You can kill an Ed in 6 bites with shell crusher and survive it’s stomps, you have a higher combat weight than most apexes and the trade off is the speed and turning which don’t matter at all because DB has the spin and turn bites. There is no chance ever that the KTO is better.
The db deinosuchus can smoke bigger carnis or herbis but even with its remodel i dont really like it. To be honest there could be a better mod, both mods are not the most beautiful
Yall are against anything that isnt op, dbs deino was made accurately to an actual GIANT GATOR, aka not made for land. Ktos deino was specifically designed to rely on bonebreak and armor, and yes i do agree dbs deino does need a health or armor buff but other than that its fine. And no i dont wanna hear people going "ErM WeLl YoU PrObaBly ONly PlAyeD Dbs DeInO" no, no i havent, i mained ktos deino for a solid 5 months and even i thought it was op. And also are you all really gonna listen to someone who doesnt even know what deinocheirus is, cmon people. comparing turn radius when DB's deino has an attack that makes it turn 90 degres or 180 degres (even tho iDB's deino has bether turning lol), is stupid imo. and when comparing speed and stam. what would you excpect from a 8-10 ton creature meant for brawling? deffenetly not 20 seconds of stam. but both Db's deino and KTO's deino fills different playstyles. so it really dosent matter. DB' deino being more suited for brawling. while KTO's deino being more suited for "chasing" prey in water. KTO's deino sucks at ambushing, when it makes so much goddamn noise (i think) escpecialy sarco. i dont remember if DB's deino mkaes much noise either, gotta corerct me on that one if you know.
I played with the new DB Deino and made a short Horror move with it. It's relatively quiet when ambushes, the stamina is improved and actually I quite like it 🙂. I'm planning to make a full video of him in action on land and in water alike.
To be honest everything DB makes is awful. They do have some pretty good dinosaur choices, but they always manage to mess them up and their dinosaurs look are awful. and all dinosaurs animations from emotes to movement animations are awful.

Which moves sets compared to the KTO Deino do you think are better? Because if the other player is more quicker and agile to get on your side or back, you are dead.
DB deino has insane stats, I rolled 2 KTO deinos when they even broke me from behind.(They were even usuing deathroll which is really op on standing targets in and out). DB deino has a huge hitbox, broken hitbox like all DB dinos, 90* and 180* bites, insane speed ( faster then rex on land), grab hitbox grabs you from very far away at times or by the tip of your tail. Shell crusher which is broken in it of itself. Best aquatic after Sachi ( Cuz sachi has 110 damage cuz PT doesnt know what balance it). So KTO would lose in a fight if you actually play it right which isnt hard, also better heal timer then any other aquatic ( Someone could give actual timer? ). The reason its trash is the very poor quality of the model, awful animations like most DB dinos, and not a single thought of balancing and a broken hitbox that hits very wierd.
It’s a giant croc. You’re not supposed to chase things ON LAND. You are supposed to fight at the water’s edge and in the water. Right now it’s super strong against everything but Argents and other DB Deinos. I enjoy it but I agree with the sentiment that it needs some changes.
@@GameWithTonyYT I don’t know about that. I haven’t been able to fight a KTO with my DB since the servers I am on removed one for the other. I have melted Rexes and Spinos with it. Speed isn’t really what I am judging it on right now.
Arguably the DB does a lot of damage because of his CW, I suppose it will fit players that prefer slower, ambush/brawler playstyle. I just expressed my first play thoughts about it and that was enough to tip the scales to my personal favorite, the KTO.
I'm not, I'm stating my own opinion in a video about the DB Deino. The negatives for me a more than the positives, compared to the other two crocodiles.

I more or less think all deinos ruin the game, because you cant go for a drink anymore, without being scared to lose all you progress. Especially because almlst every water Source is saltwater, and you are limited to a few spots, where all of the deinos are. One time, I was 9 Deinos out of the water. Who knows how many more were in the water... Just way to many people play them, because they are way to strong
I think a lot of peple play them now because of the new mod. It will die down a bit in a while. There are some spots, litle creeks where it is too shallow for the deino to be (drinking wise). And lastly... the ambush playstile is not for everyone. Personally I don`t find it interesting. It`s like camping with a sniper rifle in shooters ...

Yes they do because they are extremely strong instantly turning the entire croc...this is the largest carnivore based off of a 15 ton deinosuchus....and it can do random burst of apeed and turn onna dime at the cost of stamina....if it didn't cost stamina it wouod be broken

the original deinosuchus is less realistic les balanced has poor animations and sounds and the both deinos are different play styles
DB has a better move set arguably and feels less clanky (besides that TROT tho) but I like KTO’s sound design and model more

You're sleeping on that shell crusher ability. It can almost one shot an Ano because it ignores armor

I've noticed gator players seem to expect to win every fight so they will chase anything onto land and end up getting themselves stuck, out of stam and killed
I`ve seen that a lot in The Isle, since I am new to PoT I haven`t experianced much fighting with crocs, or observe the player behaviour :)
@@Born2Game09 So true if they start the fight I make ‘em chase me a bit and they burn their stamina, then I speed turn behind them with BB and chomp away! It’s awesome when they try to swim to land when bone broken, I get 8 bites in before it’s too late
I have yet to lose to a KTO Deino as a DB Deino. (I am not a good pvp player btw)

The KTO has better maneuverability abilities, it is quicker on land and in water than DB and the stamina is much better in water and on land than the DB.

DB mods suck entirely alltogether. they look ugly, they're overtuned, the skins look like they where done by toddlers and they refuse to take any advice or criticism. if you want to see a really good videogame deinosuchus, look at Ark Additions.

Db instantly looses for me, purely baed on model and animations. Most db mods have seriously bad models and anims, just so gross i dont even want to play them

Tbh divine beast deinosuchus is a goated mod in my opinion sure it is slower then KTO deinosuchus but its stronger then it not only thst it has the grab ability and holy shit i enjoy ambushing dinosaurs with the grab abilitys
The KTO can do almost the same with lunge and Clamp, and I believe it will be quicker to get back in the water.

It's not if you should play a more op version of a dino mod, it's if either mod is more balanced compared to other dinosaurs. Jeez to many people want an OP great dino, if DB dino is a huge damage/tank then it needs negatives in other areas, eg stam or agility. Play Sarco if you want a more agile version.
Sarco is completely different weight class, the KTO is my go to for now :)

I know that, there was a moment while recording where I fought a crossing Adult Rex.
It is like 1.5x bigger than the Rex.
I meant size wise, visually it was a lot bigger than a Rex, which I don`t know if that was the case in real life.
@@GameWithTonyYTA deinosuchus is not supposed to be bigger than a Rex. They've been estimated at 35 to 40 feet in length so similar in length to a T.rex. The DB Gator is much larger than it should be. The KTO Gator looks more accurate and feels more pleasant to use in my opinion. Also killed an adult and sub adult db deinosuchus with a Sarco today. Was probably an unpleasant shock to them.
I just dont like the look of the db deino. It looks like they used a cheap toy for the model. Kot deino looks more real.
I’d rather be able to duke it out than my meal run off db all day and db u can lunge and grab while still having the 2 bites u want best by far

One thing I *really* don't like about DB's Deinosuchus, is that it cannot regenerate stamina on land unlike KTO's Deinosuchus. It's such a weird mechanic for something like Deinosuchus. It kind of binds it to being only an underwater ambusher and thats it. Meanwhile, KTO's Deinosuchus can go freely on land *and* be an underwater ambusher.
Both have different playstyles and such, I get it. But that has always bothered me with DB's Deino.
DB Deino wins in animations, while KTO's Deino wins in gameplay imo

Sarco solos both of these tanks in water, crushing bite, riding tail, run to charge up bite.
Sarco is a beast on its own!
I prefer KTO deino for other reasons but the reason you'd want to be playing DB deino if you were to fighting another deino.

The other DB deino, the one I made horror movie with it on my channel, has better stamina pool, does good amount of damage and the model is better.

the other day i played with db deinosuchus and its bite is good, but a t rex mod killed me very easily. then i knew that despite being gigantic it was quite fragile, do you think i'll do better with the kto deinosuchus?

They aren’t at all the same Dino even though they are technically. Different sizes, you’re using bone break bite instead of shell crusher, DB beats KTO in every fight. You can kill an Ed in 6 bites with shell crusher and survive it’s stomps, you have a higher combat weight than most apexes and the trade off is the speed and turning which don’t matter at all because DB has the spin and turn bites. There is no chance ever that the KTO is better.

Yall are against anything that isnt op, dbs deino was made accurately to an actual GIANT GATOR, aka not made for land. Ktos deino was specifically designed to rely on bonebreak and armor, and yes i do agree dbs deino does need a health or armor buff but other than that its fine. And no i dont wanna hear people going "ErM WeLl YoU PrObaBly ONly PlAyeD Dbs DeInO" no, no i havent, i mained ktos deino for a solid 5 months and even i thought it was op. And also are you all really gonna listen to someone who doesnt even know what deinocheirus is, cmon people. And no this message isnt a hate comment against ktos deino, the model, animations, and sounds are epic but its op and is a pain to deal with. Dbs deino was made more for balance and i stand by that, and side note to the creator, calling a mod that took hours of time to make and countless people "trash" is not a good way to start a comparison video, i would LOVE to see you try to make a mod as complex and as incredible as this one. and to people saying dbs deino is stiff with its animation, its getting new ones soon so dw)
It only wins against KTO deino in a facetank if it has the right build and the KTO deino sucks at using deathroll.

comparing turn radius when DB's deino has an attack that makes it turn 90 degres or 180 degres (even tho iDB's deino has bether turning lol), is stupid imo. and when comparing speed and stam. what would you excpect from a 8-10 ton creature meant for brawling? deffenetly not 20 seconds of stam. but both Db's deino and KTO's deino fills different playstyles. so it really dosent matter. DB' deino being more suited for brawling. while KTO's deino being more suited for "chasing" prey in water. KTO's deino sucks at ambushing, when it makes so much goddamn noise (i think) escpecialy sarco. i dont remember if DB's deino mkaes much noise either, gotta corerct me on that one if you know.
I played with the new DB Deino and made a short Horror move with it. It's relatively quiet when ambushes, the stamina is improved and actually I quite like it 🙂.
I'm planning to make a full video of him in action on land and in water alike.
To be honest everything DB makes is awful. They do have some pretty good dinosaur choices, but they always manage to mess them up and their dinosaurs look are awful. and all dinosaurs animations from emotes to movement animations are awful.

@@SoufianAz-dp6gc Although, if you try Aurena passive marks server, there is two types of DB Deino, and the one is more beefy, and more realistic looking. I haven't tried it myself yet because I'm making a Gigga video, but the next one will be with a deino to see if it's any better 🙂

I think it's because DB has so many different attacks and does a ton of damage, and people love pvp in path of titans.

I like DB more. It feels more alive than KTO
DB deino has insane stats, I rolled 2 KTO deinos when they even broke me from behind.(They were even usuing deathroll which is really op on standing targets in and out). DB deino has a huge hitbox, broken hitbox like all DB dinos, 90* and 180* bites, insane speed ( faster then rex on land), grab hitbox grabs you from very far away at times or by the tip of your tail. Shell crusher which is broken in it of itself. Best aquatic after Sachi ( Cuz sachi has 110 damage cuz PT doesnt know what balance it). So KTO would lose in a fight if you actually play it right which isnt hard, also better heal timer then any other aquatic ( Someone could give actual timer? ). The reason its trash is the very poor quality of the model, awful animations like most DB dinos, and not a single thought of balancing and a broken hitbox that hits very wierd.
On a sidenote, it also bites faster then KTO deino to make it even better ...
I've diff'd Sachi's before lol it's easy to when even the KTO Deinosuchus can do 110 Damage as well with the Death Roll attack.

It’s a giant croc. You’re not supposed to chase things ON LAND. You are supposed to fight at the water’s edge and in the water.
Right now it’s super strong against everything but Argents and other DB Deinos. I enjoy it but I agree with the sentiment that it needs some changes.
I understand it isa giant Croc, but you must admit it could be a touch faster and agile in water as well.

@@GameWithTonyYT I don’t know about that. I haven’t been able to fight a KTO with my DB since the servers I am on removed one for the other. I have melted Rexes and Spinos with it. Speed isn’t really what I am judging it on right now.
Arguably the DB does a lot of damage because of his CW, I suppose it will fit players that prefer slower, ambush/brawler playstyle. I just expressed my first play thoughts about it and that was enough to tip the scales to my personal favorite, the KTO.

@@GameWithTonyYT okay, I understand. But as a player that often plays medium to small dinos, I gotta say its so annoying when the deinos just come out of the water and kill you in an instant. I more or less think all deinos ruin the game, because you cant go for a drink anymore, without being scared to lose all you progress. Especially because almlst every water Source is saltwater, and you are limited to a few spots, where all of the deinos are. One time, I was 9 Deinos out of the water. Who knows how many more were in the water... Just way to many people play them, because they are way to strong
I think a lot of peple play them now because of the new mod. It will die down a bit in a while.
There are some spots, litle creeks where it is too shallow for the deino to be (drinking wise).
And lastly... the ambush playstile is not for everyone. Personally I don`t find it interesting. It`s like camping with a sniper rifle in shooters ...

Yes they do because they are extremely strong instantly turning the entire croc...this is the largest carnivore based off of a 15 ton deinosuchus....and it can do random burst of apeed and turn onna dime at the cost of stamina....if it didn't cost stamina it wouod be broken
