I know this was a year ago, but seeing the near finished product, this place is huge and towers over the exisiting complex. Looks as large as Parkland, Children's med and the main UT Southwestern towers combined.
@marioalbertoespinoza We produced the animation, the software used was a variety of Autodesk products, Some of the base model came from Revit, some from sketchup. It was imported and cleaned up in 3D Studio Max and rendered in Vray. Alll compositing was done in Autodesk Composite which now ships with 3D Studio Max and Maya. Thanks for the complement. At this time, Parkland is currently evaluating a number of options for the existing building and site, but no decisions have yet been made.

This hospital has such a bad reputation. I hope will be under new management, and they will start over with staffing. Very cool video.
so if this is the new replacement hospital what happens to the old? Are they gonna tear it down or turn it into something else???
So, what happens to UTSW?
