The true waste of life was the woman he murdered. She spoke 3 languages at 25 and was on her way to an art show. Imagine all the positive things she could have brought into the world before she was ended by this worthless scumbag. So sad and unfair.
Still feel guilt for hitting a squirrel in the road in 1994 (plus I tried to avoid it) how these people live with themselves. Some kind of broken development, idk.
I killed a baby chick mallard in 1979. I was 12 years old and skimming rocks thinking i'd never hit it as a mother and her chicks were swimming across the bay approx 50 yards away. I was wrong and it still haunts me to this day😪

These people are doing astounding work. Matching a DNA profile to one that is already in the system was a huge gamechanger and is still very effective and important but it sounds like easy mode compared to this new method. I have nothing but the biggest respect for the scientists and investigators
It is so great that they are able to solve some of these cold cases just in time before these suspects pass away. Sure they walked free for most of their life but in the end they had to answer for their crimes. I can only imagine how many criminals are shaking in their boots knowing that it’s just a matter of time before this technology has the police come knocking on their door.

It was Jon’s biological family members, who did not know him (due to his adoption), that were located in other areas like Wyoming and Michigan. Could they find Rose Bly ? Summer Moon Utah Wells Aunt . Rose lived in Wisconsin as well. Summer as well has been missing from Eastern Tn. For the past 3 years. In 1995 my grandmother's killer was finally convicted after 35 years! DNA was not used to solve this crime, but it's nice to know they are using new technology to bring these murders to justice and give families some kind of closure!
Ridiculously underrated is the foresight by many law enforcement agencies to realize they needed to hold onto items that might have DNA - BEFORE we really understood exactly where DNA science would get us. How many cold cases have been solved because decades ago it was decided to make sure samples were protected.
I fear every single time when I hear of evil 😈 in Wisconsin. I have lost 2 family members in Florida and California 2 others these have been innocent people who were in the wrong place at the wrong time. Now that more of mmy family has left for what I thought a saver state has changed and has changed me to fear that they have to come back to home to be safe from crime 😢😢😢😢
