I went through an eleven budget drones evolution before buying my Autel EVO ll drones. You do a good service reviewing these budget drones that serve our drone hobby. Good for you!! Most Holy Stone drones are MJX drones that usually require a compass calibration before each flight.

But the Holy Stone drones come from Amazon, so you have the option to return it if have a problem. Hi Ron it looked like you were not confident in flying this drone at all in this video as i noticed you were flying it the whole time at very low altitude and close range to yourself the whole video. Also looked like you lost complete control of it at the 10:07 mark of the video where it spun and looked kind of dangerous.
It was windy that day, and there were other people in park, so that is why I kept it low and close. As you saw in your range test, it seemed to have a problem with toilet bowling, but I was never sure if it was just wind effecting it. It did a weird spin at one point, but I raised it a bit before hand, and I didn’t know if that was the wind messing with it again. I need to get back out again on calm spring day see how it performs. But as you said, I never had confidence in it, but it was one and only flight with it. And also my first Holy Stone. Thanks for watching Dave.

Just picked one up for $97
Awfully expensive for no gimbal. Whats the point?? Isn't the mavic mini a few dollars more??
