    This spirit of yours of tinkering with Technology, has raised my eyebrows. Looks like an environment friendly and cost cutting process. Keep on this good initiative.

    I noticed the gear drive on the surge conveyor. Neat setup. What metal is the gear? Seen a lot of sintered bronze gears and they lasted a long time, but a much less harsh environment.

    • @mbmmllc
      @mbmmllc  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      Naked Acres This is an older style of conveyor that we don't use any more. We have switched our conveyor drives to a gear box system. You can see one in this video: th-cam.com/video/Vma_rhcXdEE/w-d-xo.html between 1:00 and 1:15. Its simple, less moving parts, and easier for maintenance. We have several of the gear style conveyors in operation to past customers and they are still going strong, but we are constantly improving and upgrading our designs and the conveyor drive is a good example of this improvement process. Thanks for the comments, I appreciate your feed back and input.

      about .0001% sure...0001% of 1.3 ounces is .004 grams of gold lost x 40 dollars a gram = 16 cents

    • @emf4652
      @emf4652 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@johnnyllooddte3415. 0001% is one ten thousandth of 1%, or one millionth of the whole. At current price $50.58 per gram, a loss of. 0001% on 1.3 ounce would be about 0.2 cent.

    Jason,
    I nearly finalizing our investor plan about this machinery. But I really want to know if we can use these kind of turn key ore processor for copper ore? I plan to use flotation process but also considering the chemical impact since the tailings for the slime is a very big investment. If somehow those flotation process can be replaced by this mechanical process of yours, I will recommend this system to be applied in our factory with several upgrades.
    Please reply, thanks
