Archbishop Kizito Lwanga accuses security agencies of recruiting priests to spy on him

Archbishop of Kampala Dr. Cyprian Kizito Lwanga has urged President Yoweri Museveni not to act on false information supplied to him by some unscrupulous security agents that he and other clerics are plotting to plans to topple the government. Bishop Dr. Lwanga was addressing the congregation at the climax of the interdenominational public Way of the Cross Prayers in Kampala. Dr. Lwanga pointed a finger at elements in the Internal Security Organization, military intelligence and the and Police who he said had even recruited priests to spy on him and other clerics

The quote on Caesar had to do with taxes because people did not want to pay them.
