Do not buy from the Balmain store in the ground floor and one on the level 2 (ones with huge discounts - 75%). The original Balmain store is the one on Fashion Avenue in the mall. The other 2 stores are just licensed store which sell similar products of lower grade material because the own a license to sell. They could be manufactured anywhere. Apparently original Balmain can't do anything because of the license which they sold which is tarnishing the image of the brand. BEWARE! They also dont accept returns nor do they refund.

They charged us ₹450 for a ₹65 cold drink can! 😡 When I questioned the staff, they refused to refund the difference. 😤 #ScamAlert #ConsumerRights I req to Gaurav and Ritu do visit & experience such incident in that restaurant.
One wonders what is the point of buying these luxury brands. Replicas are everywhere. If you are not in that league no point in buying luxury brand or wearing it, because you have to live that life for people to believe that you are wearing the original branded clothes or carrying the original bag.
