MCG, 100,000+, all types of games and concerts since 1853. Plus home of Melbourne 1956 Olympics it is also part of Melbourne Park which has Australia Open Tennis, Athletics track and League/Union Field. Easily the number 1. No other stadium or complex comes close. Incomparable really.

I was at the Emirates (im a United fan) and we won 1-3. Throughout the 90 mins the whole stadium was silent and only started to sing for 5 mins when they got back into the game.
Maracana might become history as it’s been rotting away since the end of 2016 Olympics; Anfield is fine, but nothing compares to Old Trafford and Camp Nou, especially when Manchester United and FC Barcelona are winning, much less the fact that OT was rebuilt after WW2 and grow to what it is. I don’t mind Fenway Park is #1 as it is more ancient than almost any other stadiums that have have built, only Wrigley Field comes close.
You should have included Dortmunds stadium Signal iduna park. Dortmund have the biggest fan section with over 25.000 Dortmund fans at a match ones. I dont even Like Dortmund, i Like the rivals of Dortmund Bayern Munich, but they have incredible fans.

I've traveled the world and seen all different sports at the highest level in the highest of stages, and there is this Ground in Australia that was by far the best.. The Melbourne Cricket Ground or MCG I believe they call it is just incredible.. it's like a modern day collasieum! 100,000+ fans fit in it.. and the Atmosphere is just spine tingling! The grass is green and perfect, the stadium is a picture perfect sight to witness! I'm a American who loves his soccer and have been to all the big stadiums throughout Europe and even South America for the World Cup! and trust me! NONE compare to this ground! look it up! The 'MCG'

Camp Nou has got a really special and interesting history. The Santiago Bernabeu is Just a big stadium that had been set up by the rich spanish government back in the day. Look up the history off Camp Noa and search a video about the fans from Barca. I think Camp Nou should be #1 even tho it isn't my home club.

Camp Nou has got a really special and interesting history. The Santiago Bernabeu is Just a big stadium that had been set up by the rich spanish government back in the day. Look up the history off Camp Noa and search a video about the fans from Barca. I think Camp Nou should be #1 even tho it isn't my home club.

The MCG should've gotten more than an honorable mention, as should've Lord's. Both are two of the most iconic and historic world venues of sport, and both of them are older than the sport of American football or baseball themselves.

Cricket is a game played by 1.6 billion people( India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Australia, South Africa, West Indies, England). Which is nearly 24% of world's population. It is sport having nearly 3 centuries of continuous history.
But this channel can't find a single iconic stadium among top 10 for it.
On the other hand Baseball played by a few countries. Maybe at best having a fan base of 300 million has the top honours. That is American bias.

Some places are iconic, for a sport (Indianapolis, Daytona, Maracana etc), for a country (Stade de France or Hartwall Arena for example). But Lord's is not iconic for cricket. It IS cricket. Some cricket fans go to Lord's as well as some Christians go to Jerusalem or some Muslims go to Mecca.
