    Degi Aalu Gosht:
    Ingredients:
    Mutton ½ kg
    Potatoes 250 grams
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Yogurt ¾ cup
    Whole mix all spices 1 tbsp
    Salt, red chili, turmeric as required
    Coriander powder 1 tbsp
    Clarified butter 1 tbsp
    Fried grinded onions ½ cup
    All spices powder ½ cup
    Nutmeg mace powder ½ tsp
    Screw pine few drops
    Method:
    In mutton add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili, turmeric, coriander powder and clarified butter and also add whole mix spices and 2 cup water add and cook till than meat tender .now meat tender then add potatoes add .after this add masala ,nutmeg mace powder ,screw pine and 2 cup of water add and cook till then potatoes tender .finally add fried grinded onion and further leave on dum for 5 minutes and remove it .
    Kasturi Chicken :
    Ingredients:
    Boneless chicken cubes 750gm
    Cheddar cheese 1cup
    Yogurt 1/2cup
    Black cumin (Roasted) 1tsp
    All spice powder 1tsp
    Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
    Green chili paste 2tbsp
    Lemon juice 2tbsp
    Red chili powder 1tsp
    Oil 4tbsp
    Papaya 2tbsp
    Egg 1
    Coal 1
    Salt 1-1/2tsp
    Coriander powder (roasted) 1tbsp
    Method:
    Marinate chicken cubes with salt and papaya for an hour.add all spices powder,lemon juice,ginger garlic paste,green chili paste,red chili powder, roasted coriander powder,cumin,yogurt and oil and marinate it for another hour.then put it in a pan on high flame till it gets roasted and set it for simmer. Then smoke it with the coal. Beat egg and cheese and batter it on the chicken. Then bake it in the oven until the cheese melts and then serve it hot.
