"Tenchu: Stealth Assassins" is a PlayStation game developed by Acquire and published by Sony Music/Activision in 1998. The game's soundtrack was composed by Noriyuki Asakura.

Lord Mei-Oh has been sent back o hell. Rikimaru the Azuma Ninja Leader is dead. The Princess is rescued but misses Rikimaru. They look over a new horizon and watch as time unfolds itself. Amazing game...
The game is a massive masterpeace and has a huge part of my heart!!! I was 14 when it came out and there is very little things in life i can compare to the big impact this game had to me still to this very day!!!!
Rikimaru saved princess Kiku and whipped onikage ass like a boss. I dont remember the king of hells name but he got the business too. From punishing evil merchants to the lords of hell, Rikimaru killed just about every type of foul do'er there is to kill.

Back when i was 5 years old, i stepped on my dog tail and he give me a scar on the right cheek of my face(he was very close to get my eye too),my neighbor that was older and used to play tenchu 1 and show me him playing, used to call me rikimaru and when the other friends saw rikimaru and the scar i got, they started to call me rikimaru too, when i think that nowadays other kids would have bully me to death for that scar. I realize how lucky i was to have those friends on my life and how a character like rikimaru become a very important part of my life, even today i remember fondly the character and return to listen the soundtrack a lot during the year. Thank you rikimaru.
Awesome music for a game at that time. This game is in like my top 5. I remember playing when it first came out which was when I was like 8 and I still play it almost every year since then. So cool :)

Now they are only interested in making Souls like action rpg game. They had long forgotten about this epic series... Not hoping for more but a remake of this game or Tenchu series would be wonderful.
What was cruel was overall, Rikimaru actually survived, Princess Kiku was the one to die, and the griefstricken Ayame was possessed by the demon Onikage, so she's now Rikimaru's enemy. 😞
Because it’s a stealth game and ninjas always avoid battles that’s why it’s so special there is another game called Shinobido but still Tenchu came on top 🥷🏼

For some people FFantasy had the most dramatic moments. The saddest part is few people know about Tenchu's birth and death.
