- Reading forecasts and basic wave riding just a few visuals that may help a few of the Marras just getting to grips with the conditions to start riding swell and bumps . This four sessions footage from mark condensed into one over the Christmas

nice footage as always! I learned something new from watching this. Very technical when it comes to measuring the waves!
Just love these clips. I know you guys are wearing full suits, boots and gloves for most of the year, the conditions look great, down here on the south coast of the UK ( we get into shorties in the summer) we get so much wind driven chop without these clean swell lines, your conditions look almost worth the cold temps!!
Yes, we get plenty of chop as well. The drone and gopro make it look calm and waves small 😀 fisheye effect . But we are lucky and do get some great 4ft days where the rides are long, especially in foilers Bay and Northumberland. Wetsuit all year round and 5mm we just have to get used to it , In winter, it's 6,4 wetsuit, but I try never to wear gloves even in the snow .
Thanks so much for watching and commenting ❤️ it really helps motivate me to make more. Have an awesome weekend 😀

@irf888 thanks again appreciate you watching 👀
Interesting tips chris, side shore then ! cold is coming here 🥶 0 degrée celsius tuesday.
Yes, we had a bit of frost recently, a few more months, and spring waves get them hoods up, lads. let's goooo
Have an awesome weekend 😎
Yeah, Happy New year lad, thanks for these vids. Top class.
Awesome, thanks so much mate 😊 Happy new year to you guys in Ireland
man I always love that drone footage. nice tips on riding offshore winds. I really don't bother unless the waves are at least 2 ft. the bigger they are, the more foil choices I have. and 30mph winds and 2ft waves... forget it. so windspeed is a factors as well, but there's a sliding scale there. awesome job bud, it's gonna be a good year!
Yes, it's definitely a sliding scale with mixed results I'm still trying to learn and work out the goldilocks weather for each wind and wave, tide and direction in each of the spots, half the fun trying these things. As always, thanks for your support and inspiration 🙏 🙌 have an awesome week mate
Great vibe as always, for a future video I would love a little review of the hipe cruzader if your friend will let you try it. Curious how much diffference it makes for take off and wether the board flex is notable on the inflatable. Thanks for the videos, keep em coming
Yes I'm super keen to try it have thought about getting one for a while now and the inflatable version would be handy but like the look of the hardboard as well so I'll try to steal it while he pumps up his wing shhhhhh don't tell him .
Have a blast of a new year ✨️ 😊
Great vid. Shame foilers turned out to be poor for you that day. We both know how awesome it can be.
You got that right!
