Almost as if it would be easier to just buy another phone. Samsung of course...
Just no need for this abomination of a procedure.
Pro tip: use an ice cube tray for parts. Don't go criss cross, go from one side to the other in a straight line. Place all the parts of each component in the pocket, don't separate covers, part and screws. Then just start from the back on reassembly.
This will save you a lot of mental space.
What do you mean by don't separate covers, part, and screws? You have to separate the screws accordingly in the order you removed them. Not sure exactly what you mean

How did you test the screen (step4) when the battery and all the other components where not hooked up to the phone

Why do we have to take everything apart if we only have to remove the front screen and disconnect the cable if that's the only thing connected to the front screen?

Possible with a proper machine, nearly impossible by hand.

Unless you got 10k laying about for s refurb setup you wont be able to change the glass itself

No the s20 fe is diffrent than a s20 so it will not work
Had a shop do this for my phone. And when i got it back the temperature sensor on the phone isnt working when i charge it. Says the phone is too cold even when im out side in 95 degree weather.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated the notification says its too cold to charge, also my flash on the phone dosent work as well because of this issue

They likely either taken it apart beforehand or used some alcohol in between shots to dissolve the adhesive holding the battery down

There is NO WAY the back came off that easy. Like if you know what I'm saying lol
It really depends on the tools, if you use hairdryer then it's gonna be a struggle, but if you use a proper heat gun and heat for enough time then it's gonna be easier. Also I believe this is not a brand new device and has been opened up for previous videos so the adhesive isn't that strong anymore.

Have your phone fall in the seat gap in your car, move the power seat & hear your phone get crushed. No screen protector is going to safe that.

Screen protector doesn't protect the screen from partially disconnecting after you drop it. Did that last night. Half my screen doesn't respond to touch anymore.
