the problem with thailand is they're too slow to field their youngsters therefore their team can't keep up with their own playstyle which is fast combination and speedy attack.

I totally agree with you! But the head coach and the coaches should share the observation of the opponent's weak points with the players; also, the play style is not the same as before the retired senior player's fast ball style, and they should be alert to every ball to block! This kind of weak point, head coach, should manage to stop the errors during time out!
Observe! Sharing on the sport the weak part of the own weakness point and the opponent's strengths and weaknesses
I don't think some players like Ajcharaporn make good defense and attack points! But the head coach is still changing her out! This matter or problem has already been seen in many tournament matches. Once she makes a minor error or mistake, she immediately changes out and goes to stand as a resever palyer again.
