Thanks Robot. I have 2 ETs sitting at home a 50 and a 125, each approximately 20 years old and each having suffered Scottish weather. I’ll be following every step. Once again thank you.
Hi Robot, I'm a tech instructor and restore old Triumphs for a hobby. bought an ET4 that had been abandoned for 8 years for my daughte as a "fixer-upper) first ride. Found your videos really helpfull. I'd like to congratulate your for your clear presentation, clear enthusiasm for the product and generosity. If I have a tip to share it's to use a syringe to create vacuum when checking the fuel valve (petcock). Thanks again.
Thank you so much for this Robot! Currently trying to get my 2002 et4 up and running again. Has been sitting for 5 years. This is exactly what I need! (grabs popcorn)
Cool vid, I currently run a 1999 pre-leader ET4 125 like yours , its got nearly 30,000 km on the clock and I've had to replace a few things and keep her serviced but she runs like a champ.
Hi Robot- You're videos are seriously the best. Love your passion and attention to detail. Did you do one on chagning out the belt and clutch on this pre-leader ET4? I cant find one.
Looking forward to this series, thanks! Hoping much will be transferable to my ‘lx125’ (which I suspect is actually an Indian spec vx125, naturally aspirated 4T)
Thank you so much for doing this series! I just got a dragon red ET2 out here in hawaii. Runs good. Will definitely watch... How do I adjust the headlight? I tried adjusting the flat head screw beneath the headlight, but couldn't move beam up or down.
Going to be an interesting resurrection. I would probably renew most of the front braking system. At least rebuild the master cylinder. It's in good hands. 👍
Mine is a “cobalt orange” same as that European version, albeit, with the speedometer in miles. Where can I find a new carburetor? Perhaps EBay? The “choke” (Dispositivo di avivamiento) is not working. However, the lowest temperature that we get is 18 C in Costa Rica…

Happy birthday!
Spent the last year bringing a 2001 (year) ET2 back to life, great fun, and it's running nicely. Looking forward to these videos.
Good to hear!

If you can’t bring this one back to life, probably no one can.

Had one and it spent more time getting fixed than on the road. Eventually sold it for next to nothing just to get rid of it.
Thanks for a very comprehensive video!! Are there any know common faults and problems regarding the ET4?
Going to be an interesting resurrection.

I bought a 17 year old ET2 with 325 miles on it. Needed zippo, runs like a top.
