- Chaos in the village of Dolton is impacting nearby communities where Mayor Tiffany Henyard also has a leadership role, and elected officials are speaking out about budgets, federal probes and financial records.
Questions are also being raised about Henyard using taxpayer dollars for personal expenses, including her stylist.

The governor should have investigated long ago
The governor is in in favor of investigation he was doing some kind of adress where they asked would he get involved. He said with the FBI and Lori Lightfoot investigating her it would be like stepping all over each other.
It would cause a conflict investigation when all of us involved. That's what he said but for people you can like up the news clip for yourselves. And he also said what ever type of help they need he is will to have the resources to help. He even mention the dolton Police department if they need to send Chicago Police Force to replace them. So me hearing all that she done she just doesn't know it.
I am just going to continue to watch to see when we will get the announcement of her being removed from office or being indicted.

They can try another recall but at this point is irrelevant her term is at the end and at the best they get her out few months early but it will cost ton of money. If any failsafe should be created it should be automated like if mayor don produce financial report to board (all members) in time it will be automatic dereliction of duty and trigger election and not be dependant on vote of board, ro trustees or whatever.

It is not that hard but the methods the residents are using are useless towards immediate removal. They just complain about her and wait on the FBI investigation but more sophisticated people would back her into an immediate corner by filing civil and criminal lawsuits against her and the township for illegal spending of tax dollars. You have to sue both her and the township because the township is also liable for her actions due to vicarious liability of employees. The more lawsuits the better and then the powers that be (like the governor and state senators have a private meeting with her and force her to resign immediately). An FBI investigation is not to fire her but to rather gather criminal charges against her which takes time.
Because they are conditioning the minds of the township to liberal mediocrity. They'll put one as bad as her after.

The police who are participating in Henyard’s illegal actions such as preventing the citizens from speaking, removing them from meetings, and blocking access to the building might think they are safe from being jailed, but they’re wrong. The excuse that they were “only following Henyard’s orders” will not save them. They will be subject to the same punishment and will be jailed too. Many think that excuse is a good way to get out of being arrested, but they must follow the law and the Constitution regardless of what their superior/boss tells them. They better wise up fast!

Governor & Attorney General, can SUPPORT Dolton by sending in the STATE POLICE to stop the ROGUE deputy chief Lewis Lacy violating residents civil rights, false police reports, false restraining orders, harassing residents & visitors on the daily.
ADA VIOLATIONS --> deputy chief Lewis Lacy barricaded the street & public city parking lot for the Village Hall Meeting. The residents, mostly elderly, disabled had to walk + walkers, 1 to 2 blocks to attend the meeting. NO PARKING was allowed at Village Hall for residents, city parking was taken up by Henyards GOONS and the police, swat team & neighboring police.

Background checks were brought up at one of their meetings. To my understanding they were to be implemented but were not grandfathered to include people already hired. How it was approved with that caveat, I'll never understand.

Lightfoot is not the former mayor of Dolton, she’s the ex-mayor of Chicago and she did not end in financial scandal. for getting her nails done etc.
Lightfoot is a former Fed in some aspect, prosecutor/investigator-whatever, and still has federal connections. The only reason some say she’s not a great fed or was not is because when she was, she was rank and file even when she wasn’t -up of the murder investigation of a black kid, and because she did not divert from the fray, on the other hand, many would say that makes her a great fed. So, at the end of it all she can do heavy shit coming up with all the scams that this mayor has done.
Now, since the feds are already investigating and will come out with so much shit, this one reason is why she shouldn’t have been hired to do this however, I believe they were already activating this idea before they knew the feds were really coming in with sledgehammers and pistols . The feds will turn over every rock and there’s gonna be a lot of people in trouble and Lightfoot will basically repeat the same shit and some of that information she’ll probably get from her old contacts…which she should probably go back to doing.
The trustees have some connection to her and that’s why she’s getting the business because as many other people that could do it if it was necessary.
