Coaching - Practice, plan & follow-up

Justine Oldham takes us through the final 3 steps of our instructional coaching model: practice, plan-ahead and follow-up. As she explains, simply sharing an action next step will not bring about change. Practising the next step in the coaching session is vital for teachers to improve by mastering incremental next steps.
