Of all the nct Units, WayV is the one where half the squad speaks English...Ten(thailand), YangYang(Taiwan/germany), Hendery(Macau),Xiaojun(China) all speak good english. Nct 127 hv Mark and Johnny n Jaehyun but Yuta and Taeyong speaks and understand english...and as an international fan i like that very much...

Unlike Ten's previous solo songs, which are SM Station songs because they are separate from anything to do with any of his groups, Ten's and YangYang's "Low Low" is a Label V release because, as you can see, there are lots of references in the MV to the fact that they are members of WayV. SM has chosen to connect this song to WayV's storyline.
"Low Low" is all in English because, as you may know, Ten grew up attending an international school in Thailand run by British educators, so he spoke English in school. And YangYang is Taiwanese, but he spent several years living in Germany when he was younger, so he also speaks Mandarin and German, and as part of his education he studied English. Like Ten, YangYang is really good at learning languages and he is pretty much fluent in English as well.
Because Ten and YangYang are members of WayV -- the Chinese sub-unit of NCT that produces songs in Mandarin and promotes in China -- this is one of the reasons why all of Ten's -- and several of WayV's -- songs are in English. Due to all the political issues between China and Korea, by producing songs in English, among other things, this helps Ten and WayV avoid any conflict with the Chinese government or being seen as a Korean idol, when WayV promotes in China. Right now, Korean companies are not allowed to do business in China and any mainland Chinese citizens are restricted from doing business with or working in Korea, which is why WayV has to maintain a separate presence even though they are part of NCT. Plus, English is one of the languages Ten is most comfortable in and it helps him connect with a wider international audience, etc.
Songs produced by Label V can only be in Mandarin or English because Label V is a Chinese company that SM created in China specifically to produce Chinese songs in order to make way for WayV to promote in China.
"Low Low" was also in English because it allowed Ten and YangYang to be able to promote the song in Korea and perform on Korean music shows, etc. This song was released during the pandemic when WayV couldn't promote in China, so they produced songs in English in order to be able to participate in activities in Korea. WayV also often produces English versions of their songs in order to promote in Korea because they usually don't want to sing a Mandarin song on a Korean program. And it might cause an issue if they promoted a Korean version because they want to maintain their Chinese presence. It's all a balancing act when it comes to dealing with China.
Yes, not only is Ten an amazing dancer, but he has a beautiful voice, which is why he is the NCT member with the most solo projects because he can do it all on his own. That is also why he is part of so many different sub-units, groups and special projects.
YangYang is the main rapper of WayV, but as you heard, by virtue of the fact that he is an SM artist, he also has a beautiful singing voice. All of SM's idols were chosen to become trainees because of their visuals, vocals and/or dance skills. None of the company's rappers were selected because of their rapping.Therefore, all SM artists are amazing singers. That is why SM is known as the vocal powerhouse of the industry, because even their rappers get intense training as vocalist. You literally can't be an SM artist without having impressive vocal skills. Case in point, U-Know from TVXQ; Eunhyuk, Shindong and Heechul from Super Junior; Hyoyeon from Girls' Generation; Minho and Key from SHINee; Amber from F(X); Chanyeol and Sehun from EXO; Irene from Red Velvet; Taeyong and Mark from NCT; Jeno from NCT-Dream; YangYang, Lucas and Hendrey from WayV; and Giselle from aespa; etc. etc. -- all their group's rappers, and yet they all could fill in as main vocalists.
As you are starting to discover, as the youngest member of WayV, YangYang has a very bubbly cute personality. Ten and YangYang are really close. When Ten was learning Mandarin, YangYang was often Ten's translator and teacher because they both spoke English. When Ten doesn't know how to say something in Mandarin, he just speaks in English and YangYang translates what he says. So they bonded over their shared interests from the very beginning, even though YangYang is 4 years younger than Ten.
Yes, Ten's "Paint Me Naked" and Ten's and YangYan's "Low Low" were released around the same time, and they have a similar vibe.
Ten is truly amazing. He deserves every bit of the fact that he finally getting an album. You should also react to the nct 2023 archiving videos for the bat, pado , kangaroo and alley oop if you haven’t already seen them! Truly amazing works
Also, if you want to hear Ten speaking Thai, all you have to do is look up some of WayV's vlogs from when they promote in Thailand. They spent a lot of time in Thailand last year holding fan meetings and promoting, so there are several behind-the-scenes vlogs and special videos of WayV on the set of different Thai TV shows, etc. on WayV's TH-cam channel where Ten speaks Thai. He is currently the only Thai idol under SM, so he doesn't have a whole lot of opportunity to speak Thai unless they are in Thailand.
Performance film is based on two of his songs from his upcoming mini album. The two songs are water, which was the first song and Dangerous which is the second song. The album comes out February 13. Love your reaction keep supporting Ten😊❤

- Please watch the Dance Practice of "Dream in a Dream" too. There's one with the girl in the video, and there's one with Ten solo (where he added his own choreography) so you can watch both and compare, or you can watch his solo dance practice one.
- He also has a performance (might get blocked) called "Devils" that he did on the show "Hit the Stage" when he only debuted for a month in the 7th sense unit. If it does get blocked, it also has a Dance Practice video that you can watch which might not get blocked.

I wasn't into kpop at all, but Birthday crept into my YT feed when it was released, and I got pulled into NCT after that, no chance of escaping (and no will to), but I’ve been a happy addict ever since.
If you like Ten's dancing, you should definitely check out the dance practice for Dream in a dream, because the MV doesn't do justice to the choreo, and there's an old project that he did with Winwin when WayV started that's absolutely stunning. They made a modern dance performance on Khalid & Billie Eilish's Lovely, it's not very long, but it is really beautiful.

Yes, like Kai's Film: Kai videos, SM produced a Film:10 video to showcase some of the songs on Ten's upcoming solo debut mini album.

If you notice, even as a solo project Ten's first solo single, "Dream in a Dream," is centered on NCT's dream concept.
Even though Ten is Thai, he also has Chinese heritage. He was made a member of WayV because his grandparents are Chinese, so that is where you get his melding of cultures. "Dream in a Dream" has traditional Chinese/Asian elements to highlight how Ten embraces many different cultures. And this was almost 2 years before WayV debuted.
Fun fact: The other guy you see wandering around in the background, who is sort of silhouetted in the MV, that was Lucas -- fellow NCT-U, WayV and SuperM member. Lucas appeared as a special extra in Ten's MV even before he debuted. So at that point Lucas was still only considered a trainee. It was SM's way of preparing us for his introduction into NCT. :D
To really appreciate this performance, you should check out Ten's dance practice for "Dream in a Dream" The choreography is a little different in the dance practice than what you see in the MV because the dance practice is the "Station version," which is a special performance that was done for SM Station 2 years after they recorded the MV. But, if you want to see the choreography for the MV better, you should watch the original dance practice that was recorded at the same time as the MV. :D

Ten was born in Thailand but is of Chinese decent. He is fluent in Thai, Mandarin, Korean, and English. And possibly Japanese. I'm not sure.

just so you know they debuted with 9 members. recently one(Rowoon) left the group to pursue and put more focus on his acting career. and one member (Jaeyoon) is currently doing his military service. so their recent comeback is just 7 members. i recommend watching Bibora, Trauma, Tear Drop and Good Guy for a first look into them.
