It seems that CATIA won't let me apply the load onto his back rather only on the hands... Care to lend some help

Hi, When you apply a load, you should be able to specify the trunk as his segment on which the load is applied-- this is shown around the 1:00 mark in the clip. (This is made possible with the Human Activity Analysis license-HAA).
