I am trying to simulate a magnetic mover (xbot) over an induction table (tech used for moving the assembly parts in production) - the "planar motor inc" product. Using excitation recorder seems like best way to create movements scenario for simulation. My problem is that i need this "xbot" to move to planned location and then stop there for some time (so other robot can make operation on part that xbot carries). I cant figure out how to make a planned travel time and define waiting times for each station, so my simulation can show those movements and stops in real time, not so fast as I can see your simulation also acts. In other words, how to slow it down to predefined moving time? Greetings, Lovro
I have the same problem that this video shows. Though I have inserted the positions that I want in the order I want, my animations and final video do not have smooth motion. To fix this, I just brute force made 15 times the number of insertions that I need, each a small step that is a part of a single motion. I bet someone reads this and tells me there is a simple solution (0.1x somewhere) to make a smooth video. I just didn't see it. Also, I have had this enhancement request for 25 years: I would like to edit each insert graphically. I was hoping that 3dExperience would improve kinematic simulation to include a graph (time on x-axis) for the motion of inserted positions. I want to stretch, shrink, or overlap the motions by manipulating the graph. Working Model by Knowledge Revolution was doing this in 1997.
