Uttarakhand is by valmiki. Kindly go through balakanda starting verse, where he mentions, I have written 7 Kandas and one uttara. People don't like hearing some basic flaws(idk god's plan, may be it's done for a reason). Hence they deny uttarakanda

Ram sending Sita to Vanbas was written in UttarKand and that was not part of actual Ramayan written by Valmiki.
There are 3 versions if Valmiki Ramayana, which one are you talking about?
